This company has been sending harassing emails for months. I have unsubscribed several times and never signed up with them in the first place. I have also replied to their emails demanding they stop contacting me with no communication from them whatsoever about putting a stop to this.

I believe this is a situation of mistaken identity. Our primary business name is RPG Therapeutics LLC, and we use the website RPG.LLC (note the dot) as one of our "doing business as" DBAs for an easier to remember website and name.
We are based in Washington state. We provide therapeutics and recreational services.
We to have recently been receiving phone calls from applicants for some construction business in ******* apparently using the name RPG LLC. That is not us.
We have nothing to do with construction services. The complaint does not appear to list the content of the email, so we do not know the nature/contents of the messages they are receiving.
If they would like to forward the contents of the email or other messages they are receiving, that would provide more useful information about where the messages are coming from.
We do not have an active email marketing campaign system, so it is extremely unlikely this would be from us.
We do not have the complainants email or other contact information anywhere in our systems.
We are no aware of any systems or people in our infrastructure or staff that has ever contacted the complainant.
If the complainant is certain that the are somehow receiving email claiming to be from our website rpg.llc then it is likely spoofed/fake email.
At this point, without further information we contest the complaint as not relevant to our business at all.
Please advise as to the next steps.
