The salesman ***** was awesome. After that it went downhill fast! The communication was horrible! We didn't know until the day before if they were coming or not. The ** got involved and after that it went smoothly! The install guys ***** and ****** were awesome. Very professional, had a great sense of humor! We love the bath!

We recently had a bathroom tub replacement by Pacific Bath. The job was actually started a week earlier than we were originally quoted. The team that did the work were very polite and professional. The work was done quickly. They cleaned up after themselves each day. They were not bashful in asking us to review their work before moving onto the next phase of the project. The team leader did a very good job in communicating with us during the remodal. I would not hesitate in having Pacific Bath come back and replace the shower area in another one of our bathrooms.Pacific Bath Company Response

At Pacific Bath, all of our team focuses on providing great customer service. This includes meeting our schedules, or if possible, accelerating when we can install a project or how long it might take to complete a project. This customer service also includes keeping our customers informed during the installation of the walk-in shower. Thank you for choosing Pacific Bath when you wanted to replace your bathroom tub. When you chose Pacific Bath to assist with upgrade your bathroom, you chose a partner in that project. Like all successful partnerships, there has to be an understanding as to what is the goal of the project. They only way Pacific Bath can do so with our customers' projects is by asking them questions and listening to them. Otherwise, our customers will not get the exact product and/or placement of everything that they want.
