  In 2019, we were approached by this company with the intent to learn more about whole home water filtration. The company was very eager to sell the products to us, that they offered financing along with warranty service. We purchased a water filtration system with a water softener and reverse osmosis machine through their financing option, and were really happy with the products' performance. Fast forward a year, I tried contacting Water Daddy to have service done on our machine due to filtration issue as well as needing service based on warrant guidelines. I was unsuccessful in contacting the business due to the owner closing the doors without notice to their customers. I've contacted *****, the manufacturer of the filtration system to see how I can go about getting the product serviced, and was told that they could send someone out, but that there would be a service fee associated. There is no one within a 150 mile radius of my location, who is certified to service these machines. I've contacted local companies for service requests and have been denied several times. My understanding is the owner of the company, *********************, now owns a company in ******, ******** under the name Velocity Water Pros. Whenever I call and mention Water Daddy, the line disconnects. If I can't get my product serviced, and my warranty is voided due to not being able to get serviced, then I would like a full refund for what I had financed for this product.

  I've been trying to get ahold of WaterDaddy for 2 years to get service and soap and they are out of business without telling ANY customers. They breached their own contract and I want ALL of my money back!!

  We have previously filed two complaints against this company that is operating in ******** under a different name (claim number ******** and claim number ********). It appears that the same gentlemen (***************************** and *******************************) are now operating a water treatment softening company called "Velocity Water Pros" in ********. They (****** and **) were running the same scam in Washington before bringing the business to ******** and changing the name from WaterDaddy, *** to Velocity Water ***** ***. If you read the complaints, they are all the same. People are overcharged for a water treatment system that does not function properly and a "lifetime supply" of soaps/detergents from ******************** ****** and ** essentially ghost the customers after they take the money and consumers are left with an overpriced water treatment system that does not work and never get the soaps that were part of the purchase agreement. We have reached out to ****** and ** multiple times to no avail.
