            On 11/28/2022 I purchased a vehicle from this used car dealership, paid in full and have yet to receive my title and license plates. My temporary permit expired on 01/10/23 and when I called them they informed me that they had been having issues with the title company who sends them their information and would follow up with them as I was not the only customer calling and asking them for their titles and plates. I have called every day since then and get the runaround from the receptionist, who is the daughter of the owner and the one who informed me of the title company issue. I have spoken to *****, the receptionist in charge of titles and she will tell me she will call and find out where my documents are and I dont get a call back. I will do a follow up call shortly after and whoever answers will tell me she is gone for the day. I have asked to speak to the owners and I haven't gotten any calls. The daughter of the owner did end up sending me a new temporary permit as she didn't know what else to do to help me but this car lot is not being professional, is not providing me with my paperwork or license plates that are included in the sale per state law and have not called to offer an alternative solution or any kind of communication whatsoever as to what's going on.
