    I bought tickets with uncorked canvas on 10/16/2022. I had a staff member leave the company and one who is going out of town so I needed to get a refund for my tickets, on their website, the refund policy that is linked at the bottom of the website does not indicate that the tickets are non refundable, however in another section of the website that is very difficult to find, it states the tickets are NOT refundable. Had this been clearly printed on the refund policy linked page I would not have bought them so far in advance, now I'm out $135 for a painting class we will never attend. I'm highly dissatisfied and disappointed with this company and they will not receive business from me or my business again.

    Hello and thank you for your time. We do our best to try to make our policies clear and easy to find for guests that sign up for events. After receiving a message from *******, I did respond to her request for a refund in a kind manner and offered the available options to her. When that response was not met in a favorable way, I made sure to include information on where to find the policies (with links) I mentioned and also included images for easier access. I did ask her to send over where she had found the refund policy and offered to look into it further. She sent me a screenshot of the Refund Policy button on the bottom of our page which leads to the Merchandise Policy (she sent you that policy in her message). Guests are able to purchase aprons and other items which is why we have that policy. We did decide to update that button to state ticket sales as well due to this matter.

    We have a short FAQ section on the event page where they can purchase tickets (image 1). We have a full FAQ page with all of our policies listed including our cancellation and refund policies (images 2 and 3). The customer also has to agree to the terms and conditions before being able to complete their purchase which does have the ticket policy listed (image 4). 

    We did refund her the amount for the 1 ticket she requested. She then followed up with wanting a full refund which was also processed. She mentioned contacting BBB if we did not. We had already processed the refund before she sent you her complaint. I would be happy to send the conversation and proof of that refund.
