I took my dog **** who is a 3 year old dalmatian to the timeless k9 board and train in ******, wa hoping to get some of his behavior trained and fixed. I did an evaluation first to see how the trainer did with him it seemed fine so I went ahead and scheduled a 2 week board and train. My dog was taken to the vet prior to him being dropped off at the board and train which was july 11th he was a healthy 50 lbs dog the vet said he was in perfect health I have records of this. I dropped my dog off on the 17th of July at around 9:00am to the business. I had provided food in a container for my dog strictly. When I came to pick him up on the 1st of August at 5:00pm he had marks on his paw and back legs as well as a small chunk missing from his arm almost like a puncture wound the trainer seemed nervous and blamed it on the dog that he must have done that to himself. my dog was also severely underweight. I took my dog the day after I picked him up, August 2nd at 2:30pm to the vet.I was very concerned with my dog and his behavior and how he looked the vet weighed him and told me he was 40lbs she was very concerned about how much weight was lost. I spent ***** for the two week train. I have pictures of my dog before and after as well as vet records I don't want this business to hurt anyone else's pets and I want the money I spent back.

******************************* did bring her dog **** to me for a two week board and train program for dog reactivity and leash pulling. When she picked her dog up, I walked him around downtown ****** where other dogs were at and he did not react a single time as well as walked on my side, which is what she paid for me to do. He is a very anxious dog with high anxiety and he would try to bite even them. The dog was never harmed by me, another human or another animal during his two weeks here. He was fed every day, his own food that they provided and he ate so much that I had to call them to bring me more food. Was losing weight not due to not being fed, but due to his anxiety. His anxiety lead him to lick on his paws where they would turn raw which is actually common, but he was never harmed. On pick up we schedule a follow up and during the follow up she showed up with no dog and proceeded to let me know she was not pleased with the results. I told her I understand and we talked about it and I said well what is fair because I did do the work and you witnessed your dog not being reactive so the work was done, ******** said she thinks half her money back would be fair since I did do the work but she was not pleased so the following day I wrote her a check from Timeless K9 in the amount of $1500 which is what she agreed-upon and it has been taken out of my account already. I do not understand why she is seeking anything else. We have trained hundreds of dogs and been extremely successful and never had a single dog harmed or hurt. I dont know why shes making it sound like this is a really bad training place because she had a bad experience.
