    We ordered the Cariton Coffee table and delivery team was great but the table had multiple areas of damage and the images were provided to an Ashley furniture associate. I filed a case with them on December 5th 2024 and have not received a response back in over a week. They offered a 15% off refund however this is not acceptable. You requested at least 50% and have not received a response.

    On November 21st, 2023, I was victim of fraud. I went to pick up at the distribution center in **********, ATL. I was told all the items were in the box. When I got home only the upholstered back panel of my bed was in the box. The other pieces where the mattress rests are missing. This is for the Dolante upholstered bed model. Be careful all who are buying and picking up at this location. We Customers are being robbed right in our faces.

    I previously filed a complain about missing pieces of an upholstered bed frame. It was a mistake, all parts were inside the box and I didn't see them at first. In fact, the customer service was outsatnding. The personnel was fast and accurate at getting my order. Thank you so much Ashkey Home Furniture. I apologize for the misunderstanding on my part.

    On August 26th 2021, I purchased a Roanley Sofa/Console Table from Ashley Furniture online at the price of $442.99. I understood that this item would be delayed and was fine with this. The item was then delivered on January 19th in soaking wet material with damage to the item. The item had the door broken off, several pieces of sandpaper inside as well as dents to the corners of the unit. I have contacted Ashley several times about this issue and after providing me with a case number on 2 occasions do not respond. I was also advised that I could arrange for furniture protection and have the item repaired however the terms of their furniture insurance do not cover items damaged in transit. The console is still in my garage in its original packaging.
