I bought my home in 12/05/20 and my realtor *************************** with ***************** hired **** Anderson. I paid ****** for a home inspection and found some problems with a leak and standing water in my crawlspace and never went back out to inspect my home to see if it was repaired. He told me no one asked him to. Since then my homeowners insurance had to pay over ****** dollars and I had to pay ***** for 11 inches of water in my crawlspace. This house has been nothing but plumbing problems and ***** for backed up sewer and drainage. This man is incompetent and negligent in his work ethics and does not care about ripping people elderly people off. I have a realtor that lives across the street from me and she said he has been ripping other people off. He needs his license revoked and *************************** from ***** S realty and the company recommended this scammer

To Concerned. "Enclosed is report" for ****. Including pictures. note on page 21, two pictures Figs. 28 & ************************************************************** the crawlspace. [**** was not at the inspection]. This is where my job ends and others begins. ************* followed up by getting repairs done by a repair company, I do not know which. I returned to the home two times as a courtesy at a later date per **** request, I helped with a minor leak she had and explained some of my inspection notes to her and I also tried to find the main water shutoff. I called the city for her and they helped her on that, do not know out come. At the first time I courtesy returned to **** home, boyfriend was very, very angry and was yelling, large man, and approaching me till I felt I had to leave before it got physical. She did mention that the water was still under her house but she had had a company come out to fix the water problem but they told her they did not find the water shutoff that's why I called the city for her. I did not speak to repair company. As a home inspector I may or may not do re-inspections this is only when a fee is paid extra. However in this case since she had already called for repairs and had them done per her statement I advised her to go directly to repair company because she had hopefully a warranty from thast company. She mentioned the water problem was still there that is why I told her to call back the repair company. I advised her to have the repair company come back and do their job correctly and call her insurance company to help her with this. Also in her report to you she was aware of water problem. I did what I could could to help her as a courtesy. An inspectors job is to report problems with a home and the buyer, seller and agents need to correct any problems found to a mutual agreement. I would also like to send copy of report??? How???
