    I hired lotlauncher to do a feasibility study on a piece of land I made a contingent offer on based on the results of this study. After difficult communication and being told Id get it the next day etc it would not arrive and I would t get responses to my attempts to reach out. Finally, I was told it was ready and I was sent an invoice that said I needed to pay the full amount to get the results of my study I paid the amount in full immediately and did not get the study. I paid in full 9/12/24 and was told I would receive it immediately upon payment. After several emails, and reaching out with no reply it took four days to finally get it. When I got it a meeting was set up to meet over zoom at which time I found out it was not complete and I would be getting the site plan and the rest of what I had paid for in the next couple of days that was 9/18/24. I have never received what I paid for it is October 9 and they are not responding to messages from me or my realtor last response I got was September 26 saying I would get it early the next week which has never happened. They have completely ghosted me at this point I paid ******* for an incomplete report, horrible communication and then to have them disappear on me since theyve been paid. I did not get what I paid for.

    On 4/11/22 I paid $2,950 for a feasibility study so that I can build a house on my property. They promised on their website that it would be completed within 30 days. It is now 6/22/22 and I still have not received anything from them. They haven't returned an email or phone call since 5/23/22. The county has no record of Lot Launcher ever contacting them about permitting information or boundary line adjustments for my property, even though one of the reasons for the delay that I was given in *** was that they were waiting to hear back from the county. On 6/21/22 I called the representative of HiLine Homes who recommended them and he was told that they had sent it and it must be in my email spam folder (it is not), and that they would call me that afternoon (they did not). I have already contacted L&I and filed a complaint with the ********** of ******** I do not need assistance from the BBB in resolving this issue. However I do want to warn people about this business and I don't believe they deserve the A+ rating they currently have with you.

    Hello, my name is ***********************. I filed a complaint a while back against Lot Launcher, #********. You contacted him, me offered me a refund, and the complaint was closed. I still have not received my refund, although it was supposed to be sent out on the 16th. He also has not answered my email asking about the refund. I would like to reopen the complaint if possible.

    The complaining party sent me an email and I am currently on vacation. I signed the refund check and confirmed with our accounting and billing department that the check was sent but has not been cashed. We're more than happy to cancel the current refund check and issue another refund this time through our payment vendor Paypal. The soonest I could issue the electronic refund is when I return to work on 9/13/2022. What would be easiest for the complaining party?
