A sales person from this company repeatedly visited our home after canvassing the neighborhood to evaluate for homes Damaged by the bomb cyclone event in 2024 just before Thanksgiving. Although she was told that we did not need their services as we had already decided on another company she visited multiple times to hard sell her services. She would not take no for an answer and it was to the level of harassment.After she was told no for the final time, we received a call from Washington L regarding a call they received about asbestos related work in our home. We had already tested the home to confirm that there was no asbestos related materials. This resulted in additional work and headache for us to refute this false report. During this disastrous time for me and my family, most of the people we have interacted with have been extremely helpful and understanding. It is unfortunate. There are some people out there who want to take advantage of our misfortune.I do not want an apology or any contact from your business. I want you to stop doing this to people, especially people who are reeling from a disaster. P.S. if you are an employee of this business, know that we have video monitoring of our property including of your visits. It will be difficult for you to pretend that you did not continue visiting our home even after you were told no repeatedly and that your sales tactics were aggressive and dishonest.

Such a great company, they do an extremely detailed inventory. The photos are clear and the descriptions are accurate as well, if there is any changes needed they make it extremely easy to have things fixed. Communication is clear and they work very fast to get your items cleaned and/or disposed of. If there was any questions or concerns **** helped explain in detail what needed to be done. She would also communicate directly to the adjuster to make it easier for everyone. 10/10 would recommend if you want to have your items taken care of with extreme care!

Their team is incredible, takes care of business seriously, and treat my personal belonging as if it was their own. I would recommend this team of professionals to those who are seeking honest and responsible work to be done efficiently.

In any disaster a contents cleaning company such as superior contents is needed at your home first thing when it gets damaged. Many people don't realize but these kinds of companies clean all your house belongings, restore them after the damage and store them until your home is fixed. **** is was awesome at communicating and updating as the process goes on.
