    on may second i bought a tanning package from tan republic for one months tanning i then proceeded to tan twice in beds that did not work. after witch i complained to the owner about it and he informed me that out of twelve beds only one bed in hole store was in working order. he said previous owner ran store into the ground. and yet he is still selling tanning packages. so on third day i wait behind three people all waiting on same bed to tan. on may 7 i went in to tan and was told my account was hold due to lack of payment. so what im saying is i payed 65$ for a package on the second of may and the fifth of may i was cut off. a packege is 30 days of tanning and i received only 3 days for 65$ plus i spent another 40 in lotion there. owner says not his problem no refund. if you dont help me i will put a rock threw his window

     We offer different types of  options for services, first is a month of service which expires 30 days after purchase, the 2nd is a BWB membership which customer chooses a draft date for payment to draw and for that choice we offer services for members at a discount.

    **************** came in on 5/2 and purchased our platinum BWB membership which is $60, not the usual platinum month as she has in the past for $100. We offer memberships at a discount to benefit the customer however she chose a draft date of the 5th of the month for her membership payment to come out of her account and why she was not able to use her services as she stated in her complaint.

    I have spoken to **************** on several occasions regarding the membership she chose and I provided and screen shot of credits made to her account and changing your services from a BWB membership to 30 day monthly as she requested.

    **************** used her services 5 times which would normally be $25 for each Platinum session and $35 for each Diamond session for a total of $135. She chose our BWB membership to tan anytime she wishes between draft dates for $60 a month of which we changed her services to our 30 day use that is $100 for a platinum month. She stated she paid $65 of which is total including taxes and as a courtesy I gave her our Platinum month which is $40 more for the $60 plus tax price.

    **************** never mentioned her bed concerns, We offer 15 bed choices (not 12) as she mentioned. All of my units are in service and operational! I never mentioned previous owner performance on the salon nor does it matter. 

    We do not offer appointments and make no guarantee customer will have no wait for our services. We do have a ( No refund policy ) posted in store and I never stated ( Not my problem ) To ****************! I feel I have been more than accommodating to her financial need as she mention she only gets paid once a moth from social security. **************** has until 6/4 to use the services she purchased, considering the services she has used thus far and the amount paid, there will not be any refund!
