    Canteen provides services for my employer. When I hired on last year I received an email encouraging me to sign up for services and funding a digital account. I don't recall the exact amount but I believe it was $20. I had multiple issues, I never once was able to access those funds and when I attempted to get my money back, I received an email stating that my issues were related to the Tacoma location and I needed to reach out to them. I was provided an email address and emailed from support, but never received a reply. In addition, one morning, I decided to try a breakfast burrito, not only was it $7, but it was the absolute worth tasting vending item I have ever tasted, it went directly in the trash after that initial bite. I am 100% unhappy, feel 100% cheated and are 100% disappointed that I have had to go to this extreme for my $25 back. Shame on Canteen for providing poor product, poor support and poor service. I do not intend to ever be a customer again.

    I am rejecting this response because:I heard from Canteen, but the matter was not resolved. I am not 100% certain the amount advised was the amount I originally invested, but will take their word for it. As detailed in my compliant, I also spent $7 on what was the worst food service item I ever tasted and had to throw it out after a single bite. Until I have been compensated for that waste, I will not consider this matter "Resolved". Had Canteen been considered about my overall experience, it would have not taken this level of effort, nor 3/4 of a year to reach an amicable  decision.

    Good Afternoon

     I reached out to *********************** directly on 5/15/22.  I alerted him to his active balance, $10.00 was reflected on his account.  We discussed returning his funds via cash in the mail and closing his account - no other concerns were brought up.  I would be more than happy to send an additional $7.00.  I can provide a screenshot of when his account was funded upon creation, and when I closed it - there were no purchases or additional funding to the account.  I have followed up with **** to inform him of the additional funds being sent.
