I had power ran for a RV, Greenhouse,Gazebo, and hot tub. I hooked up the hot tub and it was working for about 3 weeks. I have videos of this. I looked at the circuit they installed and it was melted/burnt. I called them with my issue and he came over to look. When he came over and fixed it the circuit was no longer burnt. The first one had a sticker on the left side where it was burnt. This new one does not nor is it burnt. He then sent me a $350 bill and I disagree. He tried to say it wasn't warranty work and that I hooked it up wrong. I said if it was hooked up wrong how did it work for 3 weeks. He said it never did work and I was lying. I sent him videos from our camera system that are dated and time stamped of it working and a Instragram one my wife took on her phone of her first time in it that is also dated. The circuit was faulty and replaced and I have video also of him taking it off and walking away from the house in his hand. I said this was not my fault and the hot tub was working but I just get that I am not being honest and I said I sent you proof it was working. I even offered to meet him with an IPAD in person and he said he was going on vacation and this was back in Dec around the holidays. I said I can meet him when he gets back and didnt hear anything. Now he just sent a payment reminder last week with a bunch of late fees added. I have every email and text and videos to prove my case. I would like for him to quit harassing me for a bad circuit his employee installed. I have before pictures and after ones of the circuit. I also contacted his employee when I was hooking up the hot tub and sent him a picture of the hot tub board and he said from top to bottom it goes the copper wire then ****** ****** Red. this is what I did and it was working. This guy like I said I had the White and Black backwards and it never worked but I have camera videos showing it was.

NOTHING MY COMPANY DID WAS WRONG. HE (THE HOMEOWNER) HOOKED UP HIS HOT TUB HIMESELF AND HOOKED IT UP BACKWORDS. I WENT OUT TO HIS HOUSE TO SEE WHAT THE ISSUE WAS AND FIXED THE ISSUE. THE BREAKER INSTALLED IS THE SAME BREAKER THAT WAS IN PLACE WHEN I GOT THERE. NOTHING NEW WAS ADDED. I TROUBLE SHOOTED AND NOTICED THE ***** WERE WRONG DOWN AT THE HOT TUB ITSELF AND FIXED THE ISSUE. IT WAS An HONEST MISTAKE BY THE HOMEOWNER AND HE DOESNT WANT TO ADMIT HE WAS WRONG NOR PAY THE INVOICE. I GET IT YOU WANNA BE THE MAN OF THE HOUSE BUT CAN'T DO SIMPLE THINGS. THIS IS NO REASON TO NOT PAY ME FOR MY SERVICES. MY TIME AND SERVICES ARE NOT FREE. IF IT WAS SOMWTHING ME OR MY EMPLOYEES DID THEN YES, I WOULD HAVE 100% NOT CHARGED THAT IS OUR MISTAKE, BUT SINCE IT WAS SOMETHING, THE HOMEOWNER DID THEN YES, I NEEDED TO CHARGE. HE (THE HOMEONER) KEEPS THINKING I REPLACED SOMETHING WHEN NOTHING WAS REPLACED (AND HE KNOWS THAT) BUT LIKE I SAID HE IS ****** TRYING TO GET OUT OF PAYING THE SMALL INVOICE. AT THIS POINT I CAN CARELESA ABOUT THE MONEY ITS ABOUT RESPECT AND INTEGRITY. DONT WORIIE ABOUT THE INVOICE IT'S BEEN SO LONG ANYWAY I HAVE A FEELING ITS NOT GETTING PAID. (WITCH I HAVE MESSAGES OF HIM STATING HE WAS GONNA PAY IT)

ANYWAY, CAN'T BELIEVE THIS LITTLE ISSUE GOT THIS FAR. JUST A ****** LEARNED ON MY END. LIKE I SAID BEFORE, I WISH YOU AND THE FAMILY NOTHING BUT THE BEST GOING FOWARD.

This business is untruthful. He said It never worked and was lying when I hooked it up. I sent him videos that are dated and time stamped from our nest camera system showing him it worked for about 3 weeks. I called his employee that ran the power and sent him a picture on the hot tub connection and he even said it was correct. I have every video showing it being used for about 3 weeks. I also have before and after pictures on the disconnect breaker showing where it burnt out and the sticker burnt. The new one has no sticker or burnt spot and I have pictures. I have video of him taking the old breaker off and walking to my garage. He said it was to test it in the garage breaker but they were not the same in the box of the garage. I could have told him that as it is a 220 2 breaker switch which is normal for 220 and the one outside was 1 switch. Please let me know how I can send the videos from the nest system and my wife's instram video sitting in for the first time proving it was working. Also where to send the email conversation and text messaging. Also who to contact from the state about this. I will be also reaching I=out to ***** list as well. He sat here telling me how he had to pay a fee for answering that request. I felt bad so I went with him. I also contacted ******* Electric and they also told me if those wires were crossed it would have never ran and I have proof it did for the 3 weeks until the breaker burnt out. Yes it was only $350 he tried to charge but I shouldn't be charged for a bad breaker.
