    This company is terrible and fraudulent. Im constantly watching for charges that have been added to my rent mistakenly. It takes weeks-months to get information and get charges corrected. This company needs to be looked into by law enforcement.

    I strongly advise against living at Dimension Apartments due to a shocking array of issues that jeopardize tenant safety and well-being. Management is utterly unresponsive to resident concerns, leaving us feeling abandoned and at risk. The apartments are in dismal condition, with inadequate lighting in bedrooms, the living room, and even the balconycreating a dim, unwelcoming environment.The neighborhood is **** with danger. Open drug use is rampant right outside the building, including on the front stoop, making it feel like a war zone. Many nights, its impossible to get any rest, as homeless individuals and children scream outside at all hours, turning our homes into a cacophony of chaos.Recently, on October 26, I experienced a terrifying incident at 1 AM when loud explosions and fireworks erupted outside. I was injured in my apartment and now face ongoing health challenges because of it. When I sought help, senior management, specifically ***** ****** and ********* ******, callously dismissed my injuries, stating it was not their problem.This building takes no responsibility for ensuring resident safety while charging exorbitant market rent without providing any real value. With these alarming issues, I cannot stress enough: do not consider Dimension Apartments as a place to call home.

    I lived at ************** in ******* ** managed by Holland Partner group. This company is one of the worst ive worked with. They try to do anything and everything illegal to try and get money from you.I moved out a couple of months before my lease end. This was 2 years ago. I didnt want to break my lease since I know the unit will get rented out quickly. As per WA state law, landlords cannot charge a tenant for lease break/rent once the unit is re-rented. They said and I quote "We dont do that", i.e. we dont obey the law. I had to get an attorney and luckily from my electric company, learnt that the unit was rented out within a week of me moving out. After I gave this to them in writing, they agreed to pay me back the overpaid rent, security deposit and didnt charge me the lease break. The audacity.This happened recently, 2 years after I had moved out. I received an email from *************** saying I owe Westlake Steps unpaid dues. I assumed it was a scam since the ****** review for the debt collectors itself were horrible (********************************************************************************************************************,,,,). I called Westlake steps and after multiple follow *** learnt they "accidentally" sent me to debt collectors. Note in the 2 years, they had never reached out to me. Plus, they had the audacity to lie saying "we dont send our residents to debt collectors" and that "we were trying to reach out to some other resident". Are you f-ing kidding me??? How tf do you explain the debt collectors having my email, phone number and the exact amount Westlake steps was trying to overcharge me when I moved out?? Avoid these unprofessional pc of shgt at all costs. Ive already discussed this with my lawyer and will be pursing them.

    This management company, Has been the worst headache of my life. Be very very, very careful, applying and interacting with this company.In my situation I applied for the **************. Did not hear back from a ***** Card for over three weeks. Emails and phone calls were left unresponsive to. Even when I tried to reach out to holland partner group directly. No one replied. Horrible customer service and a very poor attitude on ****** part.They did not even do a background check and or provide any information showing that my application was reviewed. Normally when a background check is done the person that is being checked is provided proof and or their own copies of the background check. This has never been provided to me.The Korea town location and holland partner group properties are a trap. They Simply charged my credit card $400 and said we were denied for a bogus reason. You have been warned And if you are reading this from holland group.

    I am in Oa***** at V**** property and It has been a very unsatisfactory living situation for me. I was previously at another Holland property and had some really big issues towards the end of my lease last September 2022. Somebody broke into my apartment and the staff was so negligent in their response, and ignored my first approach to them, letting them know somebody into my apartment and it took one week for them to be able to respond after I had to find them in office and then two more weeks after that for them to be able to dig into who is entering my apartment and when when I was at home. After that nothing else happened, and everything left unchecked.

    If I could give negative stars, I would. Move here if you like extremely racist management, leasing office that is in your personal business, staff entering your apartment without authorization or a work order, having your jewelry stolen by maintenance, being gossiped about by the staff in front of other tenants, s***** security, your car vandalized and my favorite the shootings, They do LOVE to take your money though! Withdrew over 4 months rent from me in one month and was told it would take over a month to correct the mistake. You are risking your life in the elevators, everything is always broken, no hot tub for months, creepy maintenance men and if you like living somewhere that looks like bombed out ******, enjoy dirty water, constant leaks, appliances that break with the slightest touch, electrical issues, the stench of dead bodies in the hallways, never sleeping due to disruptive noisy neighbors then you should rent here! I hate this place and will NEVER rent from one of their properties again. Consider yourself warned. Stay away, far far away!

    I live in ***********, San *****, one of the Holland group properties. The management here is the most clumsiest apartment I've ever met and the worst at work. In particular, a woman named *****, the manager, doesn't go to work often and doesn't work properly even though it's not lunchtime. She pretends to listen to the residents' position and only defends her company's position. She knows our people as idiots and doesn't respect them. Dog p*** is always here and there in the carpet. As soon as residents move in, they force them to leave reviews. If you have a problem and say it, management don't follow up with a negligent attitude. Besides this, there are too many complaints. That manager is particularly problematic. Please do not overlook this article at the headquarters and take a good look at it.

    I rent at a Holland property in San *****, ***************. This place is terribly managed. The workers dont care about the trash in the hallways, the smell, the ***** littered sidewalks and dog run. They let the other tenants do whatever they want and think posting a sign in the elevator will improve things while they sit at the desk all day on instagram and do nothing. Do not rent from this company. They will do nothing while you pay luxury prices for terrible service and ghetto living.

    The customer service you get here especially from *** is s*** Anytime you need help or ask anything all you get is attitude and rudeness, you 100% dont feel welcome here and I strong advise anyone from ************. Also I had my parking permit fall off my car and my car got towed when I didnt park under my cart port, costed $400 to get it out and I tried talking to the leasing office and all I got was attitude. Also the price for these "Luxury" apartments is way over priced. These apartments aren't even luxury inside. If you dont buy a carport parking is hard to come by also. There is also dog p*** everywhere which makes the property unsanitary. Look somewhere else to rent an apartment.
