Ordered windows Fall 2021. I called in the Spring of 2022, and informed them my Windows had arrived at my house, they werent aware. A crew arrived in July to install windows, found out that 2 windows wrong size, but 1 installed anyway, after the first day. 6/9 windows partially installed not sealed properly or trimmed. Talked with **** about the terrible work that had been done, he came out and checked and agreed, said they would be back after the reordering of the 2 windows that were the wrong size. In October windows delivered. I called **** and let him know they were here, In November they returned again promising to get everything done. They worked for a couple hours took a two hour lunch, returned, with the smell of alcohol on breath, didnt finish the job, the work they had done looks terrible. Called **** once again, who said he would be there to make sure the job got done right and wasnt, and let him know about the situation. Once again I was told that he would make sure the work gets done. Its now January 2023. I still have 6/9 windows partially installed, 3 windows still sitting in backyard, old windows on side of house. Very drafty, havent heard from **** since 12-30-22 via text. Saying he would contact me on Tuesday with scheduling, today is Tuesday #3. Looking at the work thats been done, I dont know if I want them to come back. So hopefully I can find someone to finish the job right. I cant understand how you have given them an A plus rating.
