I have a small business that l started 3 years ago. A representative of Riverside Payment approached me and told me about their services which looks reasonable to what l had then. For l signed the agreement and ensured l wasn't on a contract with them and that l can cancel at any time. For several weeks, the device but returned back to them because *** couldn't deliver and sent the device back to them. ******* followed up and it was shipped to him. It took this company several weeks to have it configured. After configuration, the device didn't work ONE day. ******* made several attempts to talk to the office just to get it running. Unfortunately, it didn't work till date. This company kept charging me for the service they didn't provide. First month, they charged $38.68 in June, July $120.33 and August $215.90. What are they charging me for when they didn't complete the configuration. l lost a great number of customers because there was no way to collect payment. I reached out to them to express my displeasure and requested for a refund the charges. They refused to. They eventually closed out my account in September.I returned the device to them as requested and was received by them. I now asked them to refund my money, only for them to tell me they aren't going to refund it.This is dubious and fraudulent. You deducted money from another business's account without fulfilling your part of the contract.Anyone that wants to do business should think twice. Riverside Payments, l need my money, your device didn't work one day for my business.

Incredibly deceptive sales practices in which I was unknowingly put into a 48 month lease of equipment totaling a least amount of $42,000. For five credit card processing machines when I specifically asked for two. They sell their discounted services being that you are paying them a flat fee for their service as well as that equipment, but I know point do you have a chance to review or do they go over with you the equipment and that basically your entire experience with them and how they make money is through the equipment lease. Which you have to personally guarantee, I believe theyre selling practices are predatory and deceptive, and definitely against the guidelines that the *** has given for financial institutions. RUN!!!!

Riverside payments might committing fraud by creating new business names like NW Payment Solutions and tricking people into their terrible business practices of charging people for fees and amounts that are not agreed upon. And in my case, before/without fitting equipment and providing service.Beware.

I had enough of their incompetence, miscommunication and lies, oh and their inaccurate unauthorized bank charges BEFORE equipment has been installed and service even happened.3 months of stress. NWPAYMENTSOLUTIONS is RiversidePayments under another name. Do not trust them.
