    We hire this person to do take the pictures and video of my daughter's 15th birthday. We signed a contract that stated he would do the pictures and video using a drone the day of the event, 05/11/2024. He requested we pay the contract amount in full by the day of the event, which we did. The day of the event, he did not use the drone for neither the pictures or the video. His reasoning got not using the drone the day of was because the hall was not suited for that but during the signing of the contract he was notified of where the event was taking place and he did not mention any inconvenience for using the drone at that time. When daughter got to the hall for the reception part of the party at around 4:15 p.m., he was nowhere to be found. My husband had to look for him and finally he showed up 2.5 hours later. He did not capture the reception either but photo or video. At the end of the event, he stated that he would have the pictures and video ready in 2 weeks. I contacted him on the 3rd week stated he was out of the country and to call him 2 weeks later, which I did. he then stated he was going to ********** and that when he returned he would see us and that he would call him, no call until I called and texted him several times. We finally got an appt . to pick up the material 6 weeks later of the event. I get home to watch the video and nothing was on the thumb drive. I called him and he said well something went wrong and that we can go pick up the new one, I stated that I live 60 mins. away that if he could drop it off and he said he would the following Wednesday. Wednesday came around and nothing, no call or text to let me know he couldn't make it. I called and texted him again several times and finally he answered and stated that he was ****, I told him we are all busy I just want the video of the event. He stated he would mail it, this was on 07/15/2024. I have tried to calling and texting him and nothing, no response from him.

    I have yet to receive a resolution from the business owner photographer Fabian.
     
    He sent me a link via of the video  text but that does suffice the contract which specifies a thumb drive that will contain the video and pictures of the event.  I have called him multiple multiple times and every time he says that he sent the *** drive but he could never provide me the address he sent it to. I think this is getting ridiculous and I  am requesting a full refund.  He has 7 days before I start legal action.
