I signed up to be a member and pay a monthly membership fee, about 8 years ago. With membership a credit is given each month. Credits accrue and can be used. The catch is, you have to keep paying to use the credits! They only allow you to use credits if you freeze your account and pay a $20 monthly fee, just to use the credits that have already been purchased. There is no other benefit given for members, so why and how can there be a fee associated with me being able to use MY credits that I have already paid for. Over the years I have accrued 30+ credits that I have a hard time using because I am so busy. In the past, a manager has let me transfer credits to family/friends, free of charge due to the amount of credits I have racked up. Now, the newer manager and her supervisor will not let me transfer without charging me $10 per credit, along with the $20/month just to be able to use them.I DO NOT want to be a member anymore, I have made this clear over a year ago and yet I am still being charged. If I cancel, they are saying I will not be able to use my credits which have amounted to well over $2000 worth of services that would not be able to be used. I have talked to the managers and they are not willing to work with me to get me off of their monthly fees. I do not want to pay one more ***** to this greedy corporation and I want to be able to use what I ALREADY paid for! PLEASE HELP! I don't understand how it is possible, or legal, to do this to people by keeping them on the hook and not allowing services to be used that are already paid for, without paying more in fees! They also state that anyone living more than ********************************************************************************************* working with someone who lives over 25 miles away (I live 29 miles from the location) and doesn't have a schedule that regularly allows their services. I told them I want to transfer the majority of my credits 95% to family/friends so I can cancel and leave!
