    I strongly urge anyone considering Bergstrom for vehicle service to stay away. My experience with them has been terribletwice in the last two years.I own a well-maintained 2013 C300 Sport and brought it to Bergstrom based on recommendations. In October 2022, I had them do an alignment and TPMS programming. When I got my car back, the steering wasnt aligned, and the car didnt drive straight. After I complained, they picked up the car and attempted to fix it, but it should never have happened in the first ******** September 2024, I needed a warranty subframe replacement. Unfortunately, I had the same service advisor (******) and technician (Keo). I was told my car "should be done" on a Friday, only to find out it wasnt ready until Tuesday. When the car was finally returned, I immediately noticed a rattling noise from the rear, which wasnt there before. The valet driver falsely claimed I "refused service" on the rear of the car, which was untrueI had only deferred a strut replacement for the front.When I reached out to ******, he blamed the noise on my tires being slightly narrower, which made no sense. After an hour of trying to contact the service manager, *******, he finally told me they would inspect the car again but warned I'd have to pay another diagnostic fee if it wasnt related to their repair. He also hinted that due to the cars age and high mileage, other components might be wearing out, which wouldnt be covered by the warranty service. The warranty states that the subframe, and any components damaged due to the failure of the subframe are to be replaced. Its clear that because my car isnt brand-new, Bergstrom doesnt care about my service. Both of my experiences with them have been failures, and Im now forced to go to another dealership to fix their poor work.Bergstroms service is unprofessional and unreliable. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
