    Purchased a couch/loveseat combo and area rug. As soon as I walked into the ******** ** showroom the staff were polite energetic and knew what they were talking about when I had any questions ( I always research prior to purchases ) about products. Delivery was prompt and in time. Delivery folks were fast and courteous even without being asked. Is raining today and the immediately took of their shoes when seeing my light carpeted living room where the new furniture was going. After they tested each function with me, they went back on their way to the next delivery. 5 stars as always with Ashley.

    These idiots are very polite and helpful in the store but now a week later on the delivery date they call you first thing in the morning saying they need to reschedule you for an additional week. Thats ridiculous, I didnt pay $100 delivery fee so that I can be getting pushed around a week at a time. These morons even contacted me yesterday to confirm the delivery.

    First of all, it’s impossible to contact corporate headquarters. The so called manager Philip is lazy. I don’t know why they call them managers, they have no authorization to do anything. He couldn’t even give me the right information about what part of my furniture they had and what part they didn’t. I went home and went online and had a virtual chat. I got more information from that person than I did from him. I went back to the store for a second time and he sent an email to Regional office on Wednesday, I had to call back two days later to ask if there was a reply, he said, oh yes. I asked why didn’t anybody let me know, his reply, “ I don’t know”. Their delivery sucks. They tell you your items are supposed to be delivered on a specific date then they wait until that morning to let you know they don’t have it, but in the meantime, you’ve already gotten rid of your furniture and taken off work, (unpaid time), you asked to be compensated with the delivery fee, but then they say you didn’t pay a delivery fee. That’s because I paid for the protection plan which waived the delivery fee , so actuality I did pay for it. When you call any of the phone numbers you get stuck with the virtual assistance. I can’t say I would ever go back to buy furniture from Ashley.

    I ordered a recliner with heat and massage valued at more than $1,100. I was told the chair would arrive in November. However, I was delivered a chair of lesser value, and the store refused to change the charge on my bill to accommodate the lower price.

    I have ordered an expensive bedroom set before Christmas 2024. The first time the furniture was delivered I had to send back the dresser and the two nightstand. It was delivered damaged. And also my stair wall was damaged during the delivery. At the second delivery the two nightstand was not same and one was damaged so I had to send it back again. I am super disappointed in Ashley and the quality of the furniture and service. I will not purchase anything again.
