    Ordered a pair of Toddler winter boots 5 days ago. Today received notification from ****** that Lands End was refunding my money. Which of course would be fine with an explanation! Called their customer service and had to speak with two different people regarding this issue. The first said ****** rejected payment, untrue! As the payment was already taken out of my bank account. The second ****** said it was a low stock item and they couldnt find one to ship. And then they found one and I would have to give them a credit card number or send a check to fulfill the order. She also told me they had sent me an email, which they had not! Shipping was going to be another 7-10 days with credit card, and I paid for shipping! ****. Dont purchase from this Company. **************** is terrible, seems the company has no quality control on their inventory as the same pair of boots and size were still available on their site. Totally disappointed will never order from them again!

    DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Customer service is not knowledgeable of products that will no longer be stocked for the season when making a return to reorder in a larger size. If you do shop here DO NOT TRUST SIZING CHARTS!!!! Followed sizing measurement and sizing chart accordingly. Should have had half an inch of space in glove but I could barely get my hand in the glove. Then once I get my merchandise credit and call to reorder I’m told they are no longer available. Educate your cruddy customer service and stop ******* people off!

    Lands' End send catalogs often with big sale prices marked. But when you go to order, the prices are not as listed.

    Today my LE "is posted live", I was told. It is not!This is the third time. I received a pair of Starfish pants that have no hemming at all. This has happened before- I've purchased a new item, then had to make fairly extensive repairs.They then withhold my review. LE used to be a quality company.

    This is BY FAR the worst possible business that *** ever dealt with. I placed on order Aug 19 and here we are on October 8 and I still havent received my entire order. They have been giving me the runaround every single time I call. Unbeknownst to me parts of my order went on back order AFTER I placed the order and I was never notified until I called in to speak to a supervisor about why my order was taking so long. The supervisor I spoke to was *** in customer service. She cancelled the items on back order and said she would other items that were in fact in stock. The same day she supposedly placed that order she called and left me a voicemail to let me know what she just ordered went on back order and she could replace with plain white shirts because that was always in stock. At this point I dont care and just wanted the remainder of my order: I called back to tell her to ahead and send white and I was never able to get ahold of her and ended up speaking to a different supervisor name *****. She assured me she would send out the new order and expedite for free as well as mail me out a 20% off coupon. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. And that was two weeks ago. I called today and spoke with ***** again just to find out she accidentally ordered the wrong color which in fact was on back order as well until the end of November. THIS IS BANANAS!!!!! My blood pressure is through the roof dealing with this company which is the ****************************** decided to try out this year. Also the quality is terrible and everything shrinks on 1 wash. All I want is what I paid for and this company has failed me as a consumer and I hope to never have to order from them again .

    I placed an order with the uniform department on July 30th and used my ****** account for the purchase. I received an email confirmation that my order was received. A couple of days later, I received an email from ****** confirming the purchase. After a week, I noticed that I hadn't received any emails about my order being processed or shipped. I contacted Land's End several times inquiring about my order. They informed me that the embroidery department was holding up the order. I asked them to ship the items that were not being embroidered because my kids were starting school soon, but they said they couldn't do that because I paid through ******. Later, they sent me an email saying that my order was being processed and that I would receive another email with shipment details. However, it's been two weeks, and I still haven't received anything. I then demanded to speak with a supervisor, and they informed me that ****** was pending and that they needed an alternative form of payment. After providing another form of payment, they said they would inform the warehouse to ship out my items. However, on the same day, I received an email stating that my order had not been processed due to a delay in the embroidery department. I am extremely frustrated, to the point of tears.

    My order was canceled because they told me it was sold out. But when I clicked on the product links, those bags were still available!The error in their system has caused a loss for the consumer!!!I will never purchase products from them again!

    Do not order online thru them. Each time you do a size return your charged fees. I replaced my original order with another order and was charged shipping again and the credit with another order online I was charged more return and shipping fees. My original order thru ****** was close to 200 dollars now my refund credit after all fee deductions is now only $77 dollars. They are a scam online

    We made a credit card balance payment of $24.95 in February. We mistakenly paid $0.02 less than the bill amount. The result was that Lands End credit card company *************** charged us a late fee of $26.99! This is obviously outrageous. When we called the bank to complain, they reduced the fee to $11.97 which is still outrageous. I'm done with Lands End. There's got to be a better way to deal with cuatomers!

    My wife ordered a sweater and it showed as pending. She had a great sale price. All item were now shipped except the sweater which was canceled by Lands End. That same sweater is back on sale at over twice the price. It appears that Lands End didnt want to honor their promotion by cancellation of the sweater from my wifes order to turn around and then suddenly have stock but at over twice the price. Beware of this company as they offer discounts and then cancel your order when it suits them.
