I have contact the business multiple times to ask about the shipping of a 2020 ****** Legacy Front Door Switch. The item was ordered on 8/26/2024. I was charged $87.55, which included shipping. I have received confirmation that my order was received and processed, and a notification that parts are pulled within 24 hours. I have received no tracking number. When I call no one is even sure if the part has shipped yet or not. I would like either a refund, or the part shipped to me.

I ordered an engine from remington auto salvage on 12/1/23 They delivered the engine on 12/12/23 I put plastic over the engine to protect it from water damage.I called back on 12/15/23 to return the engine because the repair was canceled.Remington attempted to pick the engine up on 12/28/23. The engine was in the same spot it was dropped off in. The driver must not have seen it.The pickup was then rescheduled for 1/4/24 with a note to call me before pickup to avoid issues. Remington never called me.Remington picked up the engine 1/3/24 Remington took pictures of the engine after picking it up and moving it into the box truck. The pictures show damage on the valve cover inside the truck.Remington is denying me a return due to their 30 day parts return policy. They are blaming me for the damage. They have no proof of me damaging the engine.I was not present during pickup.
