    Personally I just don't know what my wife and I would have done without Tori ********* and Michael, the assistant manager at the store in ** ******. You see July 25th at approximately 7:30 p.m. My wife and I experienced a setback. Everything we owned was burned. Thank God that we had The wherewithal to purchase rental insurance and that was a cushion. But if it weren't for Michael and Tori, my wife and I would have been at a loss for sure. They went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of as far as our purchases from Lebakkens rent to own and we had many believe me because we've been with Lebakkens for over 20 years. We are good customers. We are good standing customers there and we have never been treated unfairly. This is an organization that cares about who they rent to as long as the people that they rent to are above board. So yes they do need to do due diligence as it should be not everyone is honest or forthright. Some of the reviews I've seen here? Some of these people that have written these reviews should be charged with libel and defamation . Mr. ********* and Tori, his daughter have been nothing but above board on everything that we have ever dealt with. When it comes to rent to own we furnished our whole apartment with rent to own furniture which was amazing. The furniture was so well built. We never had a complaint. We must have rented at least 5 or 6 couches but just because we had to rent this many couches was not the Lebakkens Co. fault sometimes it could be the manufacturer's fault or it could be the choices that the customer makes and the quality of what they rent is not up to par but they chose it and they should take some responsibility too! It seems to me many of the complaints that I see here are just 101 ways not to pay your bill on time according to the contract that you voluntarily signed. Thanks so much Lebakkens! God bless!

    start off by saying that Mike the manager is rude and making false accusations about his potential and current customers we went in to purchase a mattress and setup a delivery date when that day arrived we decided not to get the mattress they charged a delivery fee for the mattress anyway and we don't have the mattress

    We appreciate you reaching out so we can clear up any confusion there may be. According to our records, you visited our *********, ** store on 11/15/24 and scheduled delivery for 11/26 around 11am in ******, **. On 11/26, we called to see if you would like to reschedule because our delivery help coming from our Tomah location was running late. When we spoke, you said that you wanted to keep the delivery for that day and later would be fine. Later in the day, you contacted the store to let us know you were home and ready for us to deliver the mattress and we let you know that our drivers were in ******, ** now and would be there soon. Shortly after that, you called back and said you changed your mind and no longer wanted the mattress. At that time, you were told that would be fine but there would still be a trip charge for the drive from ********* to ****** and you said you understood. To be clear we would not have charged you the trip charge if you had cancelled prior to us making the 26-mile trip.

    No one there knows what they're doing... when they have to bring out a pen and paper to figure out what you owe or have 2-3 people try to figure it out, it's a red flag! Every time you call them your getting a different price. There's one person who was working who had some sense and was from a different store! Never again, wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy there. Such a headache.

    There is not enough information here for me to make any direct comment on what has been said to have taken place. I do not have a customer by this name, and I don't even know what store this complaint is about. What I can say is that I would recommend that you call the corporate and talk to me, the owner, and let me have an opportunity to deal with the situation. My job is to fix problems.
