This guy is really something, I was going to use this guy to take done a oak tree in my back yard and this guy Rob * does not have a clue on how to be professional and that’s using it lightly. He kept giving me promises one after another and the only time he showed up, he was on his phone dicking around on, then he said that he had to go get a ladder then he told me that his arborist said he couldn’t do the job. I texted him today and he mentioned that he got held up on doin* other things. So, I called him out on bs then he finally got the hint that he is unqualified to do the job and he had to get a third party that was smarter than he is. So I told him that I would like my retainer back to me in full and if he didn’t he would be hearing from not just my lawyer but from the bbb. So anyone who is looking for a arborist do your research before pulling the trigger cause this guy has no clue whatsoever. Promises that he can’t keep and one lie after another. I’ve been in the landscaping industry for 30+ years and never saw a guy so unprofessional and not really giving two craps about what he does.Review from James J.

The below is exactly my experience with these idiots. Unprofessional, lies about having insurance, property damage, lies about fixing the damage, paying for what they owed, lies about finishing the work they were paid to do, dragging out the resolution until it was too late to file liens, etc. The only positive thing I can say is they showed up on the day they said they would start. If you want property damage, lies about insurance, lies about finishing the work, any attempt at safety or professional behavior you are in the right place. Rob is horrible and shouldn't be trusted to do anything he says he will do. Use them at your own risk.Review from Jessica M

My husband hired Rob and on google he clicked on Vanderbilt Tree Service, the paperwork says ARC lawn care. I am not sure which business is actually his. On day one they took a power line down and left many neighbors with no power, touched those power lines with no safety equipment (neighbor's saw him do this), and cut large unsafe tree pieces down and damaged my neighbors and my fire pit. On day two a MGE supervisor came out to talk to them, I don't think it phased them at all. One of the workers was constantly on his phone not watching his coworker up on the boom, no safety ppe was ever worn. We considered asking them to leave but decided to give them a chance as they were being slightly safer. We go to work and get a call from family we asked to watch the house, they damaged the gutters. This has been an incredibly unprofessional and unsafe situation to be around. I am hoping the job at least gets taken care of but unfortunately we will not be using them again.
