I just had Re-bath install a new walk-in shower on Oct 5th and it was a great experience from quoting to installing. The crew was on time, friendly, kept me informed every step of the way, very careful of my carpeting and flooring and cleaned up beautifully after install, class act all the way. I would highly recommend and use them again if needed in the future.

*********I have had a bad experience with rebath- plumber contracted with them ruined my water shut off valves. They finally fixed the water shut off valves but now am sent an addtional bill. Rebath says they don't deal with the plumbing issues even though they contracted them.

Hello ***, I apologize for the frustration. I've spoken to my team and the plumber that was contracted for your install. The original Rebath install was on 7/27. At the end of the job our installer noticed the valve was dripping. He called the plumber immediately on 7/27. The plumber then came back out on 7/28, at no charge to you to look at it. After inspecting the valve, he wasn't able to fix it and then came back the early part of the following week 8/31 (again, at no charge). He was able to get it to stop dripping but knew it was only temporary. We were told the plumber did explain to you that the gate valve was no longer to code, and it was as old as the house was, 50+ years and had to be replaced. It wasn't due to faulty installation or mishandling of the valve by Rebath or the plumber and it was only a matter of time before it was going to leak. On 8/21 we received a call from you stating the valve was leaking again and we believe you also did reach out to the plumber that was out there and he advised you to call their office, which you did. In order to fix and replace the valve the plumber had to coordinate with the city to shut off the water to your house. The plumber was trying to coordinate a date that would work for you, the plumber and the city to come back. There may have been some dates near the end of August you were traveling, and it looks like the valve replacement was scheduled for 9/15 with the city and the plumber. I feel that Rebath and the plumber all acted immediately to rectify the issue. The valves were not damaged during the remodel. Gate valves are no longer code because they leak when turned on & off. They were most likely original to when the house was built. It was a matter of time before they started to leak. Also, the home improvement agreement that you did sign with Rebath does talk about existing plumbing and fixtures and buyer shall be responsible for all cost associated with repairing any hidden or unforeseen damage or defects and any associated costs with repair are the responsibility of the homeowner. This would be classified as hidden or unforeseen.

Need to address some mistakes on Rebaths staement-Plumber came back the day after install in July to try to fix leak that was all over my basement. Nobody came by us on 8/31. Did not see anybody again until Sept to look at it. They came to see the leak then said they would have to come next day for the city to shut off water. Nothing was said about it not being to code. There was no scheduling problem on my end. I made repeated call & texts to ********* to come out, they said they would call back when they were not busy anymore. They finally had time in Sept. That was the Sept dates.

Rebath did a very good job with our walking shower very good job and recommend them for anyone

Amazing and fast, from the initial sales call to installation. Incredible work by the installers and super attention to detail. We got bids from Re-Bath and another vendor because we liked reviews by their customers. Both provided good information about their product and services without pressure to purchase. We felt Re-Bath was the best fit for our needs. They were very thorough in preparing for installation. Their crew arrived promptly, worked diligently, and even finished a little early. They placed our multiple grab bars exactly where we wanted them. We love the new shower! There was no need for any follow up following same day completion. I was initially concerned because our 4th floor condo has concrete floors, and I wanted someone with experience in this area. From the initial sales presentation, and a couple phone calls to their office, through project completion, everyone knew their stuff. We picked Re-Bath because we wanted one person responsible from design to finish. Re-Bath was a great help in the design; helping to pick out paint color, flooring, bath fixtures, lighting, and the shower. the project was scheduled and Re-Bath started on time and completed on time. Also, the few follow up items after project completion, were completed in a reasonable time. We are very happy with the final result, and would use Re-Bath again. Ken and Marianne
