I went in to buy a new jeep and I felt so uncomfortable from the sales team because I walked in there and all the men were staring at me as if I was a piece of meat and I walked out and the lady sales person asked me to give her a chance, so I did because I was told the jeep I really wanted was on sale. The salesman who told me the jeep was on sale told her that I was lying and we never had a conversation about it because it was in fact not on sale. I let that go because Lynette apologized to me and asked me to please not let this harm me getting my jeep with her and she made me feel better and I proceeded on with the process of getting the jeep. I was concerned and had questions about things on my credit and I told them I wanted answers on those questions before my credit was ran. They ran my credit anyway after our conversation about my concerns. I also had told them I wanted to work with my local credit union as my first option but they pushed and pressured me to get the paperwork filled out and that’s how they had “permission” to run the credit. They said they would look into the issues and keep in touch with me and we would go from there. No contact, no answers and they ran my credit after I had texted the sales woman that I had contacted my credit union and they would work with me. THEN the manager calls me back and says we can’t make you happy so we are not going to sell this vehicle to you. AFTER they ran my credit they decide this. I got no answers, no apologies and I feel absolutely disgusted with this whole place. I’m disappointed I couldn’t get my jeep but I’m glad I didn’t give these people my business.
