The job was completed and the price quoted was competitive for the tree removal but Jim was very unprofessional. He continually came up with excuses as to why he couldn't work on the trees (took 2 weeks for tree removal) and why he needed more of the remaining owed money. Started swearing at me when I refused the final payment until the job was complete. I would not recommend contracting with this company.Review from Katheryn B

He never showed up to do the work it was always an excuse then he sent someone else over that did not finish the job but I stupidly paid the guy. Meanwhile I was looking for my car exhaust to be fixed and *** said he could fix it so I sent him the money but. Then he never showed up to do the work. He told me so many stories he got confused and could not keep his stories straight. Every two weeks I send a message asking for my money and today he said he is not paying me because I am nasty and being unethical. Even though he took my money and did not provide any service. Jim is very talented guy and my roof was leaking by chimney. He made a homemade chimney cap and did a great job. I highly recommend this company. He is doing a drywall job for me tomorrow than hess doing a bathroom floor for me. Thanks for saving me with this leakReview from Sean H

I just want to thank Jim and everyone else at Custom Roofing and Tree Specialist! They were very professional and took the time to walk me through exactly what was going to happen step by step to ease my nerves about having some trees taken down so close to my home. There wasn't much room between the house and garage and that's exactly why a friend suggested these guys. And so the trees did exactly what Jim said they would with no damage done. Thank God!! And pricing was great too. With a few different options to chose from they will easily fit anyone's budget. Complete removal, partial removal or just cut the tree down. I like my back yard fire so I kept the wood. All in all a wonderful experience working with these guys!
