    In Aug 2023, I purchased a Gold Certified F350 truck. What ensued was an interesting and aggravating situation caused by unethical employees. I considered this matter closed until I noticed a recent online review of Hudson Ford that basically highlights the same problems I had; a filthy vehicle and numerous undisclosed problems. They’re still doing it! After purchase, my truck immediately returned for extensive work to correct defects that should’ve been caught during the Gold inspection: Resident OBD historic and active fault codes: -New fuel pump -New emissions purge valve -Replaced several burned out bulbs, Replaced corroded/frozen front locking hubs, Replaced filthy filters, Replaced cracked filter cover, New spark plug wires, New spark plugs, New ignition coils, New steering track bar, New intermediate steering shaft, New backup camera, Overhauled/lubed tailgate lock mechanism, Replaced missing roadside emergency components, Corrected low fluid levels, …and yet more I don’t have room for! Before delivery, I asked the salesman if the test-drive issues had been fixed and the vehicle detailed. He assured me all was good, as he personally checked. He lied. Hudson Ford’s employees have an ethics and integrity problem. In addition to the salesman lying, I have paperwork that shows both a mechanic and a supervisor signed off on (falsified) the Gold-Certified pre-purchase inspection. I returned again in June of 2024 for yet more warranty issues, but a manager called and ranted for my sarcastic online reviews. He denied me further warranty service and said he encouraged his employees to contact the police because of my “immature” reviews (?!), then threatened to throw me off the property if I ever visited again. The manager has claimed I “physically threatened employees.” Yeah, right! I highly encourage Hudson Ford to fix its personnel integrity problems by utilizing available business ethics training resources. If you go there…beware. Better yet, go to ********************!

    I had some work done on my **** car at Hudson **** July *******. I got a quote for the job of $620 for rear toe links. was told time to do ** would be up to about ******. It took only 20 minutes,but got charged by a book that estimates the time, and the cost. They dont charge by the hour ,but they have a sign about hourly charge,which was no way $300+. Also they charge everyone a shop fee for supplies,if you use any or not. They charge 8.2% up to $48.76 per job. I asked about this and was told everyone does this. Well if so why cant they give a list of what they used? They could not do this, so I think it should be returned to **** paid$41.79 for supplies tha t they couldnt tell me what and how much they used. Seems a little shady to me. I did get them to give me a $150 refund for the labor charge. I feel they are taking advantage of their customers, as well as myself. I expect a fair wage for a job but not so excessive. I also asked for the old parts to be given back to me, which they didnt do and had to pay to recycle the parts, which I shouldnt have to pay for. Also after speaking to the one in charge, I was told this was a one time offer one a request for a refund and I would never see another one. Nice way to treat a goog customer. Thank you . ****** ****

    Purchased a vehicle through them and not even 30 days into it, the vehicle started having issues and they won't do anything about it.

    We have offered to look at the vehicle and see what repairs we would help with. Our request is for ***** to bring it to our shop. The vehicle had 160K miles on it and was sold as is. Thank you.
