I cannot begin to express the amount of care, effort, and trust MDR provided us during this whole process. This was our first time as sellers and buyers and they helped us every step of the way. The whole MDR team was amazing and provided a seamless experience from listing and staging our home, to helping us find the perfect home for our family! Todd * our realtor was great to work with. He walked us through all the paperwork and had a plan on helping us get our Mother's house sold. Kevin and his team were wonderful to work with! We enjoyed their expertise on both the purchase of our new home and the sale of the house we used to call home. He and his staff led us through the intricate selling and buying process on both ends of our "changing homes journey." His knowledge of home prices and buyer desires led us toward a successful purchase and sale, and his communication with us left nothing to be desired. We were particularly impressed with the team that swooped in and prepped our home for fantastic pictures (why are we selling this home?). We are positive that Kevin's presence at our second open house led directly to its sale. His easy-going manner and professional demeanor plus the sales tools (video tour, sales brochures, etc) highlighted the beauty of our home and surrounding wooded lot.Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Dream Partners Response

Fantastic group to work with. We have used them on both the buying and selling side and they are by far the best that we have worked with. The promotional information they put together to sell our home, which included a virtual tour, pictures, brochures and more, was the best that we have seen. Searching for a real estate agent can be a scary process, not with MDR. The entire team is great, and they are there for you no matter the time or day. Roxy ****** was my home searching angel with a ton of support behind her when she had been overbooked. Roxy is a true rockstar that out doing "Roxy Things". I have found a realtor for life and a friend to help me find/sell my next home. MDR is truly looking out for your best interests and needs.
