    Yesterday I bought a $10 lighter (********************* location) there that's defective and they won't exchange it. I brought it back today. I was told " all sales are final and it is written on the receipt ". I was never given a receipt. I had the transaction on my mobile banking app. I want a lighter that works. That's what I paid for, nothing more, nothing less.

    At approximately 9pm or just shortly before on Friday February 25th 2022 ... I went into this store and made a purchase. I bought 2 batteries . Got home and tried to use the batteries.. one was broken , wouldn't charge as the charger port is damaged.. We called the store immediately and informed them there was an issue the gentleman that sold it to us said that he remembered us and to go ahead and bring it back today February 26th .. We went and tried to EXCHANGE the item .. we were yelled at accused of trying to return an item that we used and INTENTIONALLY damaged. I made ANOTHER attemt at calling the store and trying to figure out a solution.. and I am naturally upset so OBVIOUSLY my aggravation and upset can clearly be heard in my voice. The employee proceeded to YELL AT ME and then tell me that they are they are the ones being accused of lying because they agreed that we had used and intentionally broken the item without allowing me to finish speaking said if you have a problem with it you can come up here and say something to me face to face.. which i feel is a THREAT Says her the manager and owner agree then she HUNG UP ON ME AND BLOCKED MY PHONE NUMBER SO I AM UNABLE TO CALL BACK FROM MY PHONE I spent over $60 last night and have used this store in the past. And never had an issue but I have also never had to return anything before.. and now due to the way i have been treated i no longer wish to shop here because i was literally ripped off on an item that i purchased that was supposed to br brand new but did not function when tried IMMEDIATELY upon arriving home from the store with it and also IMMEDIATELY called the store after we relaized the item was damaged and yet was still basically BLATANTLY ACCUSED of theft. I have over $8,500 in the bank between multiple accounts. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED IN MY 42 YEARS ON THIS EARTH.. I am truly disgusted with AND insulted by the EMPLOYEES, MANAGERS , AND OWNERSHIP.

    I just want to start out by saying I am very sorry to hear you had this kind of experience. We definitely do not train our staff to do anything you mentioned. Would you please elaborate into which location you visited and which location you called? That way I can find these employees and make sure that they are taken care of accordingly as that is not a correct way to treat a customer. I was able to find your rewards account and I added enough points to purchase another battery. I hope you will give us another chance and come get some free stuff with the points I awarded you. Once again, I am very sorry that you had this experience and I hope you will give us another shot to see what X-treme is really about.
