So I requested to skip my next payment, and a rep named **************** who was rude and disrespectful said that I have already skip 3 payments and this was the last time I can do so.So the rep repeatly said it's not his problem I am in hardship and he didn't care. He also called me the * word and said it was my fault I was poor and I needed to get a job, even though I have a full time job. Z Funds has bad reviews online and I can see why. ***** talks to anyone in this manner and I am disgusted but not surprised considering Z Funds reputation of poor customer service. ********************** is a bad company to get a loan from and I regret doing any kind of business with them. They don't try to work with you. They just want their money. So I told the rep to revoke my ACH authorization and I want to settle this for a lower amount. This company needs to learn to show respect and compassion when it comes to customers who want to pay a different amount or in financial hardship. This company is trash unfournately and it's sad that they started off good, but they lack any kind of empathy whatsoever. They also lack common sense and brain cells. Just when I think they have no brain cells, they prove me right each time I contact them.

zFunds has removed my loan contract from their website. I can no longer access my loan agreement to make a new repayment plan. They have also continually harrassed me with emails over the last few days about automatic payments. I explicitly told them if they did that, my bank would reject it. They didnt care and charged me anyway. Charging me anyway resulted in my bank rejecting the payment. My bank rejecting the payment added a NSF fee from ZFunds. They are refusing to work with me on a payment plan and continually charge my bank account, incurring even more fees. They are not only refusing to work with or listen to me, but are not willing to negotiate a repayment plan. If they are not going to work with me, I want out of the contract I signed.

I have loaned from them $1000 for my expenses thinking that I will repay off the same amount, but when I was signing an agreement, I didnt see that their settlement with me was to pay $6000 for the loan which is very stressful for me. I contacted my ACCS company who is settling my debt because of them, the loan was one amount but their agreement was more than what I loaned from them. This is a barbaric company that is framing every customer to get a lot of money from them.

I would want to voice my dissatisfaction with your business. After contacting with a representative three days prior, I had set a payment plan for my loan that called for its complete repayment on January 23; nevertheless, on January 20, your business withdrew $300+ from my account. When I called on Friday, January 20, asking to settle my bill in full, I was informed that you will still deduct $999+ or more from my account on Monday, January 23. You are a predatory lender, and I will report your dubious practices to the Better Business Bureau. You are completely devoid of conscience and empathy. Please take my name, phone number, and email address off of any mailing lists. God disapproves of ugly. I'll keep praying that I'll never have to work for such a callous organization again. An extremely unhappy and dissatisfied, *****************************
