    06/01/2021 paid ****** for a/c and furnace with no duct work done. Was trying to apply the 25% guarantee for first year savings on A/C and furnace energy savings with lowest price guarantee being applied. Was to be given discount of ******** off ****** and noticed this was not done. we energies sent master services usage statements for prior year and year after. I like the units, quiet. no response so far. Was bought in good faith!

    We talked and resolved this with Bill today.   

     

    Bills figured $471 for utility bills we gave him $500 we also gave him 3 years of gold club memberships from 2023 to **** valued at $718.20

    Advised him we will start club on 01/01/2023 and will end on 12/31/****

    $500 check will be cut and mailed to him once BBB is solved

     

    Please call him and confirm this is resolved.   A follow up email would be appreciated.

    I had a water sanitizer/ softener installed by them 4 years ago. After a year, the water started smelling foul again. I had them out repeatedly over the next 3 years to rectify the problem to no available but instead encouraged to purchase more filtration steps. In ******* of **************************************************** & an ultraviolet water filter put in. This still didnt rectify the problem. So after much frustration I called another plumber in who was highly recommended & very versed in the sanitizer/softener I had installed by Master Services. During the initial visit the new plumber noted the installation of the back wash hose was done in a way that would damage the media as it remained collapsed (I have voiced my concern about that many times & even on tech of Master Services mentioned it looked wrong to him but he couldnt fix it) the new plumber fixed that. He then asked what type of salt I used & I explained initially I used the iron cleaning salt at the advice & initial supply by the tech of Master Services. Iron cleaning salt ruins this sanitizer/softeners media. Says so in the manual, which I never received from Master Services. While the new plumber was there he pointed out the two items Master services installed in ******* were items you can buy at big box stores for a fraction of what Master Services charged. And to top it off the item they installed as a RO system is not an RO system at all, even though they charged me for an RO system. They offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee or refund. I have had 0% satisfaction & have received no refund despite my emails a phone call. Only a letter trying to baffle me with BS, justifying what was charged due to his high overhead. WHAT? $450 per hour because advertising costs them x** amount. Ridiculous. They state 100% guarantee or your money back, well I want the money back as clearly stated in my email over 2 weeks ago. I have included screenshots of all communication.

    We have spoken to ******************, who has agreed to settle this matter in the amount of $2429.14. This is less than the amount originally requested, but ****************** feels she should pay for the labor and time of the Technicians who were friendly and professional the entire time. Furthermore,****************** is happy that we are honoring a refund in this matter.
