Absolutely horrible to deal with!! I pay 500$+ to this company EVERY month and they sent them all to mine and my husband's credit score which then reported we had bad payment history! We have never been late on a payment and they still sent it over! This company should not even be in business. Now due to the credit score I can no longer buy a home leaving us homeless but I'm still expected to pay them monthly for something they did! My lawyer is already on the case! I'm definitely hoping to get these folks shut down! They do not deserve a job! What a pitiful excuse of human beings ?? just horrible!!Review from Brendan B

They have been harassing me for over a year about a medical bill I do not owe. I have an account, payment plan, and debit card on file with the hospital. I work at the hospital. My account shows I'm completely paid up. They are scammers.Review from Katie G

I was sent to collections for a small medical bill I was told by **** that I did not owe. This company will call and call and never leave a message. As a result, I never pick up due to the unknown number and nothing is ever resolved. Stop harassing people without stating who you are. That is sneaky and unnecessary.Review from Mason B

I was contacted in regards to a medical bill, which has been payed in full with the original entity. I've told this to the SCS representatives who've contacted me, countless amount of times since, and they keep saying they will "make a note of that" and "reach out to the original entity" to confirm. Yet they keep contacting and harassing me over a bill I do not owe.Review from Joseph F

I received a bill to resolve a medical bill. I do not dispute owing a medical bill. I set up a payment plan every month, charged to my credit card. It included a $6.00 a month processing fee. Minimum payment was $200.00 per month. After eight months the last payment should have been for $110.91,they billed me for $140.65. Too much of a hassle to go after them for under $30.00. Next time they can wait for their money until I have the whole amount. This is why collection services ratings are so low.Review from Temari A

Continues to contact me, performing several hang up calls, harassing texts, and spam like email. Has never provided any clear indication of why I am even receiving these calls! Just that I owe them money somehow. Definitely seems very scammy! Beware.Review from Gino R.

Every time i try n log into account wont let me in so i have to take time out of my day n call then go thru all the crap and to explain to them that there web site doesnt work and get told they will have IT dept look into it n doesnt happen this company is by far the worst collection company i have ever dealt with and again when trying to make extra payments cant do it and guess who gets in trouble not them talk about a joke of a collection companyReview from Montgomery L

I received a bill to resolve a medical bill. I do not dispute owing a medical bill. However.... Statement from the company says I owe 144 and change by march 5th. Today is march 1st. When I went to log in to pay, the amount due is 244 and change. There is zero break down of what all this is for. and the acct number supplied does not match ANY of the medical bills I have. I will not be paying through this company. I will pay the bill directly only. If this company wishes to collect for others, they should supply details about what they are charging for and why. I never hand out money blindly. Nor should anyone else. Shady practice.
