    When a refund was requested due to delays and errors in the proof process, company stated that a 20% fee would be charged for cancellation. This fee was not disclosed on the order/checkout pages, not on the refund policy page. Company stated that they have to pay a restocking fee, and claimed they ordered the goods and would have to pay to return them (all nonsense, and clearly a fabrication given the lead time for production).

    To start, this is a very slow service. Everything was well behind promised schedule from proofs to delivery. Customer service takes days to respond via email and it goes to voicemail every time I call. The responses had been vague without any real estimated time frames, but rather language like “extremely soon”. When I finally received the order, two months after placing it, one item was not the size I ordered (large instead of medium), and one was done with very poor quality. I’m giving two stars because I also ordered around 10 tech shirts that turned out as expected, but unfortunately the expensive items in the order were a huge disappointment. I wanted to wait to review until these issues were resolved, but I’ve had two emails and one voicemail go completely unanswered in regards to the incorrect and poorly done items. I have been very displeased with Threadfellows from the moment I hit the purchase button. I would avoid at all costs. I ordered from another company at the same time and it went smoothly and received the product within three weeks and the quality was perfect. I recommend using a different service.

    Terrible company. Poor communication. Order items on Oct 1s. It's now November 22 and I haven't received the items from a large, expensive order. I have had to harass the customer service rep assigned to me to get any response re: my order at all. I was then given not 1 but 2 other reps. *** renderings for our logos, when finally received, made no sense [no good graphic designer in his right mind would send out what they sent out.] Every time I ask for ETA for delivery, I'm told they're working on it. I'll be contacting my credit card company to resolve. DO NOT, under any circumstances, order from this place. It's essentially a scam.

    Horrible, horrible customer service. They incorrectly produced my jackets, and no matter how many times I call and email I cannot get them to fix the problem. I keep getting passed to someone new every time, and no one knows what is going on. Someone will tell me it's all set and they are in production, then I'll call in the next day and they say they can't fix the problem until I send the incorrect jackets back!

    My experience was very poor with Threadfellows. I ordered two jackets on April 14 with them finally arriving at my door June 5. I had a great customer service experience for the original two Patagonia jackets I ordered, but branding limitations through Patagonia forced me to swap jackets to Northface instead. All went fine there (except for the email that never got to me about Patagonia denying my proofs. I had to follow up with them), then everything went downhill with communication. No updated proofs were ever sent for the new order after following up twice on my own. The first outreach I was told "Looks like our team has been working so intensely to get the new product here and ready for production that the proofs haven't gone out. Sorry about that. I've reached out to the art team to see if we can get those sent out asap for you." No follow up was ever made or proofs were ever sent even though "intense work" was being made. After following up again asking for a refund, I was told that the proofs had been confirmed (I never did that), and that my jackets were already in production so I couldn't get a refund. They did expedite my shipping, but for an order that was highlighted on their website taking 15-18 business days from order to delivery this is a classic case of overpromise & underdeliver. Terrible experience, and to top if off the embroidered logos were bad quality! Never using or suggesting this company again.

    The WORST Customer NO SERVICE WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I ordered business swag 2 months ago and was told the artwork would arrive for review within 4-5 days. Nothing. No communication. No live people when you call. No customer service. No callback when leaving a message. Getting my money back and filing a complaint with BBB. Do not use this company despite its slick ads on FB and IG.

    Dont waste your time or money, they quote you a price and then 2 weeks later send another invoice for another $100 for overage fee. Then the product arrives, with the smallest logo on the back, not even centered and now Im stuck with $660 of garbage. Poor customer service, poor attitudes and a business I will never ever use again. Order #***** the worst order ever received.

    Our business placed an order with Threadfellows in April of 2022 and we were charged in full almost $5,000. We received an email from Teresa saying the art was approved and the order would ship in 15 days. It is now June 12 and they won’t return our calls or emails asking for any update. We ordered for an upcoming event and have no hope of getting anything in time or even at all. Just hoping to get our money back without legal action.

    As excited new business owners we feel completely let down by this company. Please, go with someone else. We have spoken to 3 different people at this company about deadlines and they missed all of them. Leaving us with no inventory to bring with to our first TWO big events. I should have known after the first missed deadline, but, I am very understanding and forgiving. Do not make the same mistake!
