    In July of 2020, ****'s Repair installed siding on the upper portion of my building. Repairs were needed due to damage caused by strong winds and was an insurance claim. The very first day, the workers called **** to the jobsite. They were concerned with a slight color variance in the siding panels. **** came, took a look and called the company. He said the company said there would be a slight variance in color due to the texture on the panels and so work continued. I was satisfied at completion of work. But within months, entire siding panels started to fade and became very noticeable. I called **** several times and asked that he take some pictures and send them to the company. He said he had called the company and left a message and was waiting a reply. He gave me this same response NUMEROUS times. In July of 2021 a piece of siding blew off. I notified ****. I am still waiting for that to be replaced. In October and December of 2021, I went to Menards, where **** said the siding was purchased. I was able to get the name/phone number of the siding company. Menards also had me fill out a Complaint Form with Menards. I left several messages with the siding company. Their message said response could take quite a while due to Covid. I heard back from them in Feb.2022. They sent a list of requirements to send to them. One was a piece of the faded siding. I again contacted **** to update him that I had gotten a hold of the company and I needed a piece of the faded siding taken off to send into them. **** never came around for that either. Menards could not do anything for me since I did not have any sales receipts. I had also run into **** and we talked in person. He said he would have the receipts (no problem) and be over to replace the piece of siding that was down. BUT I never heard from him. I have contacted lawyers. Some never returned my call, some were too busy to take the case and one told me just to keep contacting him. I do not know what else to do.

    I looked up warranty information for the Verona D4 siding collection on the KAYCAN website. It did state this siding has a 25 year fade resistance warranty.
