I have been a customer for about 6 years. I recently booked an on line appointment for $75 deluxe pedicure which included gel polish & a manicure with regular nail polish. For the most part the pedicure went well. No extras were requested or given. I did request twice that Monique cut one nail that rubbed on my shoe. She didn’t listen. Replied “I do right for you” each time I requested. The nail was not cut and briefly filed. Also throughout she repeatedly nagged me about the position of my foot. I was trying hard to comply. No conversation but talked in her language to a co-worker throughout. The manicure was rushed with a poor outcome. She put heavy coats of regular polish on with allowing drying time and no air dryer was used. 4 hours later the polished was not dry. It was a mess , I had to remove all the polish. For the duration she kept saying relax and mimicked me. The only conversation was how I should pay. She told me cash is best and that I should not go to the front counter but find her to pay. She gave me a slip of scrap paper with what I owed. She charged me $85.00 for the pedicure. I went to the front desk and she intercepted. I asked about the $85 pedicure and she grabbed a brochure pointing to a $85 pedicure. I will not return. I very much felt scammed.

I just had my nails done by Michelle. She was rude. One other women asked a question and she was really not given an answer about her nails. This women was then sent to sit in 3 different chairs-she even said this is ridiculous. The place is not clean by any means and very disorganized. They do not care about their customers only there for money. I was in and out in 35min for a powder dip. She even told a customer to come back in about 5 hours, but took a customer that did not have an appointment after the other lady left. Not going back!

Went with my daughter and granddaughter to get pedicures and my granddaughter got her Medicare. Spent over $250 for the service. The staff was very unprofessional spoke in their own language ignoring us. During the pedicures nothing was communicated as to what to do or what to expect. They kept slapping her feet and legs to get us to move. The staff members seemed almost upset that we were even there made us very uncomfortable. The woman that did my pedicure rubbed the right side of my foot so bad that it was bleeding and had one spot that was a big hole. No two weeks later I still cannot wear shoe using antibiotics and cannot go to the gym. I still have a hole in the size of a kidney bean on the side of my foot. After the pedicure we sat for 45 minutes no attention was given to us. We then started to put her shoes on and the staff member came up and followed us to the desk and kept going tip tip tip. Tried to pay with a credit card they said they didn't take credit cards had to withdraw money from the ATM. Seems a little shady to me. For the cost of over $250 I felt taken advantage of. I wanted to go there for a relaxing and fun time for a foot massage pedicure with my family and that definitely did not happen. The staff was rude and rushed us did not pay any attention to us or even make eye contact just wanted to get us out of there. Also a little bit of English that they did speak they kept trying to get us to upgrade to spend more money this company should be looked into I will never go back.
