    VERY DISSATISIFED WITH MY EXPERIENCE AT MIDDLETON FORD. I LOVE THE TRUCK BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE ONCE I ARRIVED TO DEALERSHIP TO PICK UNIT UP. BOUGHT TRUCK 800 MILES AWAY SO RELIED ON READING WINDOW STICKER AND WHAT DEALERSHIP HAD ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE- AND ALSO TRUSTING MY SALESMAN. BOTH WEBSITE AND WINDOW STICKER STATED IT HAD A FACTORY INSTALLED WINCH MOUNTED ON TRUCK. WHEN SPEAKING WITH SALESMAN OVER THE PHONE HE CONFIRMED IT HAD A WINCH(WHICH WAS A BIG SELLING FACTOR FOR ME) MADE DEAL OVER PHONE AND SENT OVER PURCHASE AGREEMENT. I HAD FLIGHT TO PICK TRUCK UP AND AFTER LOOKING OVER THE TRUCK, FOUND IT DIDN'T HAVE A WINCH ON IT. BECAUSE THIS WAS MY RIDE HOME, I SPOKE WITH SALESMAN WHO DIDN'T EVEN CHECK WITH MANAGEMENT, AND SAID THAT THE TRUCK WAS DISCOUNTED(WHICH IT WASN'T KNOWING IT NOW IT DIDN'T HAVE A WINCH), AND TRIED PAWNING ME OFF ON CONTACTING THE ORIGINAL DEALER. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW THIS WAS HANDLED, AND WHEN YOU ADVERTISE SOMETHING HAVING AN ITEM, IT NEEDS TO BE ON THE UNIT, IF NOT THEY NEED TO OFFER GETTING THE ITEM, OR THE PRICE NEEDS TO BE REDUCED, AS THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. ATTACHED ARE SCREENSHOTS OF WHAT WAS ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE TO INCLUDE ON THE WINDOW STICKER. I SPOKE WITH FORD MOTOR COMPANY WHO ADVISED I CONTACT DEALERSHIP(EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO OWNER), PLUS CONTACT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WHICH I WILL BE DOING. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MIDDLETON FORD FOR ANY PURCHASE IF YOU LIVE OUT OF AREA AND CAN'T LOOK AT UNIT BEFORE PURCHASING- AS THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. THE SALESMAN KNEW I BOUGHT A ONE WAY TICKET TO PICK UNIT UP- SO HE DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO MAKE THIS FALSE ADVERTISING RIGHT.

    Brought my wife's car in to them to fix a bad grinding noise when turning the wheel sharp left and right, both forward and reverse, especially in parking spots. They replaced the struts for a thousand dollars. The car was better for a week, then noise returned. Brought back to them second time. They told me the struts were bad. Replaced second time for free. Again, it was better for a week then the noise returned. Took it to them a third time. After reinspect they told me there was no noise. I then drove car with tech in car. Sound clearly still happening. Tech said he couldn't hear it... You Clearly could hear it...Tech told me there was a part they could try replacing besides the strut and he would order. My wife called one week later and they have no record of ordering a part. AVOID this dealership and their service department. They just don't care and will rob you of hard earned money.

    My car has been serviced 5 times at middleton ford imsince the beginning of April 2023. First it needed an engine overhaul, then right side turbo, then left turbo, then coolant hose blew. There has been a rattling noise under my car since I picked it up the first time and was told it was my brand new timing chains with extra water in them so I looked under myself and it's 2 metal rings rattling by the heat core that they should have seen the 5 times my car has been fixed but was never once mentioned to me. I have put 10000 dollars into my car and I get it back and the next week it's right back in the shop. I have a warranty on all the work that has been done but it keeps having to go back. If my car was not fixable they should have been able to see that when they looked at my vehicle the first time. I like a couple of the worker. The manager is not very pleasant!

    Liars! Classic bait & switch. Ordered a plug-in hybrid Escape on 11/25/22. We were told it would be delivered in March/early April, and that we would get updates every 45 days no matter what. We didn't get updates. I would have to call, and my salesman would call me back about 1/2 the time. Then, when it was **** I got a call from them (on 5/12/23) saying they had one arrive that someone else backed out of. He said it was the package we wanted, only a different color. We decided to take it. When sitting down to buy it, the price was now $41995 instead of the $39995 that we were promised IN WRITING! It's funny how they didn't mention that on the phone! When I pushed the issue, they said "no, no that $39995 price was for the one YOU ordered. THIS one costs the price promised to the customer who backed out (even though it was the same package!). Ok, so let me get this right, a car ordered BEFORE mine cost more?! So I said, "If I were to wait for the one I ordered, then I would get the $39995 price"? Yes, they answered. So, they originally said I'd get the car in March or April. It was **** and after asking me to compromise on the color, they UPCHARGED me?! You would think, in good faith, (aside from keeping their word), they would honor the original price. When we bought a ******* Tucson from ********, there was an error on the car we ordered. The full package version came in rather than the basic one we ordered. They let ** keep the price for the basic version without even having to argue. Neither I, nor my friends, nor my family, nor anyone I know will ever go here ever again.

    The ONE TIME I go somewhere other than my normal mechanic. The technicians at Quick Lane didnt get the under carriage shield (or whatever its officially called) attached properly. Then theyre rude on the phone, wouldnt guarantee theyd cover it because I didnt notice it same dayand gave me a 2 HOUR wait to fix what they broke (didnt tell me that part until I drove all the way in)Ill pay my own mechanic to fix it. Never again with Quick Lane.Oh and they asked me if I wanted my tires rotated for ten more dollarssure, why not? They did rotate them even though I need new tires and wasnt aware until I got it to my mechanics. They said the technicians never should have rotated them and showed me my tires and the wearwasted money on a rotation.Another thing I dislike is that, after the oil change, they had my car in the lot with the keys in it. With the car robberies that go on in the Madison ***** this seems like a poor choice. I cant trust them to make good decisions.Quick Lane at Middleton Ford: AVOID unless you plan to do an inspection after an oil change to ensure accuracy. Alsosee other reviews on ****** about how much they push cabin and air filtersthey told me the same thing! Con.
