    I am writing to express my frustration with the unresolved furnace repair issue and the poor service provided by Mike of All Services & Associates. On January 17, 2024, Mike came to fix my furnace, which wasn’t producing heat. He temporarily rigged it with a fan and a ladder while waiting for warranty-covered parts. I paid $442.68 (with a warranty discount) and received a receipt detailing the work and parts needed. I followed up on January 29, 2024, to check on the parts, but Mike started giving me the runaround. Communication has been inconsistent, and he has failed to follow through on multiple scheduled repair dates. After my Achilles surgery two weeks ago, I stressed the need to fix the furnace before Thanksgiving. We scheduled the repair for November 25, 2024, from 9 AM to 5 PM, but Mike didn’t show up, call, only texting with test another excuse. However, parts were delivered. As of today, we still have no consistent heat despite having the parts. We’ve had to reset the furnace many times, but it’s no longer working. On Thanksgiving, Mike asked us to send a picture of the thermostat, but after doing so, we never heard back. While we had some heat while guests were here, it stopped working once they left. This situation is unacceptable. I work from home and must layer up in a cold house while recovering from surgery. My fiancé has returned to work, leaving me alone, unable to go to the basement to attempt resets, which don’t work anymore. We’ve contacted other companies for help due to the lack of resolution. Mike’s lack of communication, follow-through, and professionalism has caused significant stress. I request immediate action to resolve this issue. I am happy to provide text messages documenting these interactions if necessary.

    **** scheduled our Toilet Installed the next day. He Mislead ** by saying that the 3 inches wouldn't look right. Informing us that we should go with the original 14" rough in Toilet instead of the 12" Toilet we had already there from Menards. This is a Rental Property. My husband went over there & said it didn't make a difference. So another Service charge & Labor all over again. Install of the Original agreement was $162 per install for each toilet+ $79 service charge +$20 for disposal fee on day one. $423 + tax, $460 Worse case scenario. So 2 toilets installed were $650. You might want to look around. Especially if it's an old toilet. You won't know it until they tell you. I would definitely go with the 12" anyday.. Not much difference.

    We were unaware of there being any dissatisfaction with this customer. Our technician simply told the customer that they purchased the wrong toilets for their existing ****** rough in. They ended up using the toilet and they have a 2" gap behind the toilet at the house they flipped. We did numerous repairs after this initial visit including a bathtub repair that 2 other plumbing companies could not handle after the customer replaced the floor in a bathroom. We felt the customer was satisfied and will respond to them today.
