Beware of this shady company, they gave me a striped driveway. I spoke to Ken about the dark looking brush marks immediately after they brushed the driveway and he lied and said that it would all look a uniform color when it dried. After 28 days the driveway was completely dry, the stripes still remain. Randy the owner came to hear my complaint again, looked me in the eye and told me there was nothing wrong with the driveway. This company is very unprofessional and obviously not able to do quality cement work. I got their name off of the Better Business Bureau site so I thought I could trust them to do a nice job. I will never again trust the Better Business Bureau information again.

We did a proposal in writing several weeks ahead of time before doing the concrete work, the day we started ***** and her husband tried getting us to lower our price the customer agreed to remove some of the work from the original proposal to get the price down. About a week after the work was down we were contacted by ***** she told me we charged to much and did bad work, I looked at the job and everything looks great. She told me if I don't give her $3,000. Back because of one small area that she felt didn't match that she would give be bad reviews on every on line sight, so far she reported this on goggle and BBB I did offer if she would hire an engineer to look at the job and if the felt our work was bad that we would pay for the report and replace the concrete because we don't leave bad work and would need to replace the concrete. She refused and then tried getting $2,000. back because someone told her they could of done the job cheaper.  Thanks Randy 

We agreed not to have the alley cement done after they said it would bring the price down by $2,000. The changes were documented on the contract dated in June. The work was done in October. We did not ask for additional money off the day of the pour. They kept moving the start date on us. The work was done much later than first promised. I emailed them 1 week after the pour, telling them that the driveway still had very dark ugly stripes. Which was my exact complaint as soon as their unprofessional brush work was done, the day of service. I asked them what could be done about this. *** said, (The day of the pour) when I spoke of the dark stripes, he assured me that the driveway would be one uniform color when it dried. In an email he later said, "Over the course of the next year the lines will dissipate with wear. Concrete can take as many as 28 days to completely cure, which is why you're seeing the wet spots. That color will change over the next several days." Oct 30, 3 weeks after pour, I emailed them again, telling them the wet cement had dried and the unsightly dark stripes still remain! Telling them instead of loving my driveway I am Instead feeling a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach every time I look at it. I told them their Company did a terrible job with the finishing brush marks. And they ruined the whole look of it! I reiterated when they were here. *** said that these dark stripes would disappear when the driveway was dry. I should not have to wait 2 to 5 years or more for it to 'possibly' look normal. If the brush strokes would have been done correctly it would look uniform NOW. I told them I expected them to stand behind this mess and I wanted to be compensated somehow. 3/4 of the driveway looks terrible. ***** (owner) thinks that is a small area? I did and do want money off. And I will continue to spread the word of the quality of work this company does. I'm sure an engineer is not going to comment on aesthetics. So his idea to hire one was ridiculous to me. The only true statement from ***** was that I suggested $2,000 to $3,000 off. That was on the day he came. The 28th day. I think I am due something seeing as I have to look at a driveway I am embarrassed of for the next 3 to 5 years or more, and cringe instead of being happy with it. W
