Very professional company. The owner is very knowledgeable and down to earth. She will help with any questions I may have. She provides several resources that allows me to make other decisions if need be. I recommend this company to anyone in need of personal care services.Review from Katrina C

I contacted this agency asking if it provided health care aides through Wisconsin My Choice and my My Choice Family Care contacted them in 2021. They did not have any aides available. About 3 weeks ago I received a call from them asking how my aide was working out. I asked what aide. I said they never provided me with service. They contacted my nurse from Family Care about providing service. I have since begun receiving calls pressuring me to encouraging me to ask my aide to switch to their agency at a higher wage, twice in two consecutive days. Also when I checked reviews on Google for the company, there were 3 with 5*s and one was by the owner. there were 2 with one star, about the owner and office staff. I am going to have to insist they leave me alone. I have had difficulties receiving quality service from health care agencies and am just now starting with a new aide and have explained this to Visions of Helping Hands but they continue calling me. I must try to save the phone number that shows up in the caller ID to know calls are from them because I cannot block calls on that phone line.
