I would recommend that you do not use this service.I asked them to provide snow removal services and no salt.This morning my sidewalks were covered with rock salt - bad for dogs, bad for lawn, bad for environment. If they had asked I would have said you can use other ice melt products if it is done judiciously but no responsible person seems to be available to talk with.Review from Monet T

Everything started great, but after we paid the first payment it went downhill. The concrete we got done is not sloped correctly and the concrete we got done in the garage was poorly done. It’s started chipping and crumbling a month after getting it done. They completely destroyed our grass and was told that they were going to come “patch it up” after concrete was poured but they did no such thing so we’re left having to repair our lawn. Bobbie stated that he was going to have someone come by and put grass seeds down to take care of the lawn but that did not happen. They also tried to reschedule laying the concrete twice because of their poor scheduling and time management. The manager, Kenya, and her husband, Bobbie, gave two different stories as to why we were being rescheduled. Kenya told us the reschedule was due to a concrete delay while Bobbie said it was due to having scheduled too many jobs during the same time. We were informed that it would take two days for the job to be complete but it took four. We were given the run around by this company. They also left rock piles in the street outside of my property after they were complete. I had to reach out to them multiple times to pick it up. I will never get work done from this company again nor will I refer them to anyone.

First of all thanks for your feedback, we are unaware that anything was wrong with your project and if for some reason anything went wrong why did you decide to ask the company to complete other work such as your garage for your property that you were flipping? You contacted us via email to get a contractors release to sell your flip and never discussed anything about any issues or negative feedback. Once it was emailed back today I guess you had time to post this. Was an offer declined due to any issues you were having? Grass repair was not part of the quote and in fact this happens when things have to be dug out. There's an additional fee for grass and/or sod replacement. Anything that was left such as the stones on the road in the street down from your property was collected. You provided no feedback to our company about your dissatisfaction and in fact asked us to come back to do further work on your first flip ie garage. Are there any pictures for the issues you're describing? Because we have no issues fixing anything related to the concrete if in fact we are the source of the issues. We had no jobs scheduled the day of your project, before or after. We needed to reschedule due to unforeseen obstacles with the concrete company. You insisted that it take place that day so we went with a different company. We do our best to keep our clients satisfied and we know that won't always happen. Good luck with all your future projects and maybe start being present during each stage of your projects for your flips to ensure that things are addressed during those times.

***** and her company only received a quote for her garage and no work was completed on that project. Work was completed on the driveway only. There were no issues to our understanding for the work that was completed this is our first time hearing this. A company should be contacted first if there are issues so they have an opportunity to fix issues that are related to the work that they completed. ***** and her significant other hired our company to complete a job on their first flip. ***** needs to be present at all times when she has contractors involved with her flips going forward to ensure that things run smoothly and to address issues at that time and not 60 days after by writing a review.
