They did a commercial eviction for me on 4/16/2024. Then they sent me a bill for 36 boxes, they evicted a tenant from a commercial garage. I was there they used no boxes. They are rude and scammers. I even had photos proving they didn't use any boxes. Do not use this company.

    To Whom this may concern:

The storage lot Mr. *** and I have at Eagle Moving & Storage can be paid by whomever we choose to to drop off the payments as long as it's paid in full.

Eagle Moving & Storage is being untruthful and lying about sending a message to Mr. *** or myself because I am the one who makes the payments in full and in person each month. Neither Mr. *** or I were given proper notice regarding the increase for the storage lot. This doesn't excuse their rude and disrespectful behavior or their lack of respect, ill-mannered, unethical and me being verbally assaulted by ***, ***** and the owner of Eagle Storage & ********** Their behavior was not only irrational but also deeply offensive and unwarranted.

    Regards,

    ******* *******

Eagle Movers removed property and never took it to drop it off in storage. I dont know where my belongings are and I have vital information and my minor daughters medication that I need to retrieve

This letter is in response to a complaint made by *************************. We removed content from Willias home with the Waukesha County Sheriff by means of an eviction on 08/18/23. ******************* typically schedules multiple evictions in a day. Willias eviction occurred in the morning, after her eviction, we went with the sheriff to conduct a separate eviction. ****** did come down to our office after the eviction on 08/18/23 and we told her that the eviction truck with her belongings was still not back from the second eviction. We informed her she would have to come back when the truck is back and we unload the contents of her belongings. She left that day with plans to pick up her belongings a separate day.
In regards to medication, we do not take any sort of medication into storage. When medication is found, our protocol is to give it to the Sheriff. ****** did call us and express concerns about medication that she could not find. We did her the courtesy of looking through her whole storage lot in an attempt to find the missing medication, but did not find it. ****** did collect all belongings that we brought to storage on 08/28/23.
