I purchased a 2022 Audi Q5 April 2023.There was no window sticker on the vehicle. I found out days later the car was missing features. The car had been manufactured during the Chip shortage and so the side collision warning and adaptive cruise control are missing. I found the window sticker crumpled up in the glove box and that did disclose the storage. I complained to the dealer and was told that the missing features had been deducted from the price. They would exchange the vehicle, but I would lose the prepaid maintenance package, registration and taxes that I paid. I didn't think that was reasonable an appealed to Audi US. I decided to keep the car since other vehicles that the dealer had were much more expensive.August, I had not received the title. I contacted the dealer who blamed the State. I called the State and was told that the dealer had not sent in the title application. I told the dealer who said Audi had not given them the proper title, but they now could get the application submitted. In September the police randomly checked the license plate and pulled my wife over since the plate that the dealer had put on the car was not titled. I called the dealer who said that the ****** issue would be resolved soon.In October I still had not received the title and contacted the dealer who blamed the State. I called the State who said the dealer had not submitted a clean title application. I filed a complaint with the State. The dealer told me they would resolve the issue. Nov.- I followed up with the State, but the dealer would not return my calls. I went dealer to ask what was going on and was told that because I had filed a complaint with the State that no one from the dealer would communicate with me. Bottom line is these guys sold me a car without disclosing shortages and one they didn't own. They didn't follow up or maybe lied about the title issue. The minute they had my money they treated me like a problem and not a customer.

My wife and I wanted to buy a car from International Autos on ******** in *********. The sales rep was very friendly and helpful with information about the car and a test drive. We agreed on a price and sat down to go through the details of the sale. We expected there would be taxes and license fees, but there on the purchase agreement was $999 for "accessories." He told ** this was for a protective finish (called Xzilon) they put on all the cars they sell. We told him we did not want it. He said they already put it on the car, but they could sell it to ** at their cost ($685). We told him this is not an "accessory" and the $999 should have been included in the purchase price. Definitely deceptive advertising. We walked out.

Should have listened to the guys below. Missed the cracked windshield way down low. Even found it in their listing pictures and sent to them, they don't care and won't help.
