Brew County Homebuyers was everything we hoped for and more! Our first call was to another "Buy as is company", and we were so upset with not only his offer, which he gave without even looking at our house, but with his attitude, we were hesitant and a little afraid to call another company. We sure are glad we did! Brew County was like night and day compared to the first company. First, Brew County is prompt in returning your call, they called back within 30 minutes of our initial contact and set up a time the very next day to come out and look at the property. The agent who came out was so professional, communicative, and kind. We knew our house was dated and needed upgrades but the agent immediately put us at ease and was so easy to talk with. Brew County agreed to our asking price and even gave us different options on how to get more money! We signed the contract that same day, with no pressure, it was just that good of an offer. Our agent kept in contact with us every step of the way and was 100% there for us even after closing. After our interaction with the other company we were apprehensive and skeptical, thinking selling our house can't be this easy, but it was. I would recommend Brew County to anyone who wants a hassle free transaction with a honest company that keeps their word and helps to make the transition to the next phase of your life as easy as possible.
