    my car was illegally towed out of my parking spot on september 24 2023. I living on private property. i didnt break any rules or violated any regulations. i feel predatory towing show be seized. my car wasnt in their storage a full 24hours and they are demanding that i pay $366 with insurance and 494 without. which i do not have insurance. i was told apart of the payment includes a $200 special equipment fee which on my ring door bell camera i show no signs of any special equipment being used. my car was snatched within 3 mins very roughly. i demand my car back

    This vehicle has been towed on 3 different times for not following the rules of the property. 

    1st time- 2/19/2023 for parking in a firelane 

    2nd time parking with no permit 8/18/2023

    3rd time AGIAN parking without a permit 9/24/2023

    We are contracted to patrol by the rules set per your management.  I am attaching the rules above so should know the facts as what your saying is incorrect information and we take your complaint seriously and investigate all consumer concerns thoroughly to uphold the integrity of our business. Because we do investigate all complaints, false, slanderous, and defamatory claims and/or statements will be prosecuted in court.  It is clear you are not following the rules and will need to register your vehicle with your property and show them registration that you in fact own the vehicle and because you cannot do that it seems thats the reason you do not have a permit.  Please remove this complaint as this is not factual nor is it true.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    I am being ****** charged. the first day my car landed in the lot i was told $410 without insurance thats insane. i am being charged for special equipment fee of $140 included in the $410 however according to my ring camera my vehicle didnt not get moved by any special equipment i have the black regular tow truck on camera snatching my car from the front so quickly. their goal is to not warn people first.  but instead creep and sneak while people are asleep! this is predatory towing! I couldnt afford to get a permit only because i  couldnt show my title in my name of the vehicle however now i have the vehicle fully registered to my name as of 09-24-23 i now have a permit for the vehicle. it was $388 no way i can afford another $410 on top of that. the customer service at 24 hour ******************** is very rude and disrespectful if i ask to speak to the supervisor they hang up and my face or get mad! i am *********** speak with supervisor regarding my car! I decline paying $410 thats more than the ***************** allows! they didnt use any special equipment! i understand trying to make a profit but running over people for money and taking advantage is not the solution to running a business properly! the first time my car was tow i paid $500 2 time i refused to pay the full price because they is taking my car out my parking spot spying on me waiting on me to lack in that area! The second tone my car was tow away i spoke to a supervisor who then lowered the price to just $280 i understand 100% i am aware but i beg you to please make one more exception for me i can reassure that my car would have a permit this time and i will follow the rules. i cant afford to have just got my car registered and now another $400 to get my car out

    I Was refer to this company by LifeSaver in regards of installation of a interlock device. I paid the company $193.00 for installation. Once I retrieve my car. I notice the window sheild wipers, horn, and alarm system wasnt working. I also notice the engine light was on. Once I notice the shop the day after service. The company gave me a time to bring it in. Upon arrival a different person came out and ran a he stated l can get your engine lights off he went under the hood and tried to fix it. I preceded to start the car and the engine lights was still on. I immediately ran into the office and explained the situation. The guy game out and said come back later and talk to the person who installed it, So I did. Immediately I addressed my concerns he stated I didnt touch your electrical system so I dont see whats the problem. I stated it wasnt like this before I brought it in! His response was technically I dont have to help you but I take a look. He proceeded to the car my husband started to explained all the problems we were having, five seconds within the car he immediately slammed my car door and says Take it somewhere else and runs into the building. I was shocked if his lack of consideration and customer service skills. So I call from my cell phone and he explained theres nothing they could do. I informed the police on the situation they told me to file a civil ****

    8/11/22 I had my car towed home by said company; upon leaving the tow truck driver back his entire flat-bed into the front of my car almost crushing my windshield; my entire front end was crushed, motor mounts, along w/ cv-axel breaking inside my "brand new transmission". I am a single mom whom was homeless I didn't have funding to pay for fuse that caused my car needing towing, once fuse was placed in the car the car sounds like rocks are inside the transmission and passenger wheels are not turning. I called this company they towed my car to inspect damages, they only replaced the hood- missing out replacing scrapped/burned headlight. Stating my car is not worth money as it is a 2007 ***** Impala 130k miles; I have receipts for all work the car was in my ownership approx. 1 year. I have been being promised call backs, etc. A Dispatcher *********** specifically said they would call back, so when I am calling as I was on company time when accident happened causing me to be late back to work and now on bus since August, when I called **** said I am harassing, I am a ****. Co. Court employee, whom has addressed this company with professionalism, they leave me on hold they do not return calls or take responsibility. I have photos of driver trying to leave while I called the police, there is a police report, they said they would replace all that was damaged, they even spoke to my 17yr old as I have anxiety disorder; there is a police report, there are photos, I am loosing money by paying for transportation; I have a medical condition in my back/spine I am in pain trying walk and catch buses I live in *************** stationed at Children's Court of **. This company has played ********* asked to settle so I don't have to take off court I need car fixed or monies to do so. **************, ***, I have included photos of the driver they sent 2 wks later to tow car to check damages.
