    I got a package from them which has been opened already(Broken seal). There return policy will be honored has long has the package has been unopened. I am trying to reach them to disguss this issue. For the last two weeks I have sent them several email concerning this problem. I also have left messages by phone.

    On 1/12/2023 I ordered a BAFX Products - Decibel Meter / Sound Level ******************** (Advanced Sound Meter) Qty 1 $58.99 which you had your money for prior to shipping me the the very cheap $20 BAFX **** meter with only an on/off button and a min/max button. Quite a difference in meters AND in price. I have tried relentlessly to contact the company through the proper channels by email and phone calls and to date 1/26/2023 I have yet to hear from BAFX. I feel like I have been taken advantage of having placed my faith and trust in this company which seems to be A+ accredited with the BBB and they took my money and sent me a piece of c*** in place of what I ordered. I am a senior, disabled and live on a fixed income. I needed the meter I ordered for a court case I am pursuing due to excessive noise and with the device I ordered, I could have pursued my quest. With what you sent, it is useless.I want an immediate refund of $58.99 plus tax and to ship me a label to send back the piece of junk you sent to me. I am offended that you would do this to your customers. I do not have a printer nor does my phone doe QR codes so you need to send the label and an envelope for me to ship the piece of c*** back to you in.I pray that you will have the respect for your customers and return a phone call and rectify your mistake which I am kind of certain there may be many people in my situation.I will expand my comments when, IF we can resolve this issue. I do want the refund and to return the crappy item you sent as I do not trust you any longer. I have been a ******** customer for a very long time and you are the 1st company to (what I feel) s**** me over. The picture if it comes out shows what I ordered at $57.99 but my acct with ******* is $58.99 I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!! PLEASEEEEEE!!!!!!!Thank you for your PROMPT attention in this very serious rip off matter.*****

    We have never received any communications from this customer. This was an honest shipping mistake by one of our employees and nobody is trying to rip this person off. After receiving the complaint a full refund was issued to the customer through the ******* website.
