For more than two years, we have a target of their constant marketing efforts. We have complained numerous times about what a nuisance their phone calls and emails are. We are always told that it will get fixed, but it never happens.STOP Callling !!! STOP with the emails !!!Business response

I'm a new start up sole proprietor freight carrier/authority. This is my 1st experience as a small business owner. I know this industry as a company driver for previous 9 years. It is over regulated. As such it is ripe for predatory practices to flourish. This is what I experienced with JJ Keller Compliance Network's Drug and ******************/Third Party Administrator offering. Right around 08/16/2024 I contacted them to see what they offered. I worked with **** ******* Implementation Project Analyst. She walked me through all the stringencies JJ Keller required. I was overwhelmed by the stringencies required by JJ Keller on top of the ***** stringencies. On 09/16/2024 I received a bill for $1048.75 plus $180.00 monthly for 2 years. I contacted my new account handler ***** **********. I told him I wanted to cancel the service. He said I'd have to pay the $1048 plus 3 months. I talked to his supervisor ******** ******. She said she'd waive the 3 months but held to the $1048. I talked to her supervisor ******* Merryfiled. She said she'd waive all but $623. This includes Drug and ************************** for $550. I have repeatedly told them. The scope of their service is; 1. Overpriced 2. Overkill for my sole proprietorship 3. I cancelled service and will get no benefit from their service 4. Found duplicate services from a local consortium for $200 annually 5. Harmful and predatory to my start up.I agreed to pay the cost of the clinic specimen collection $73 and the ePassport coordination $11 and maybe the Clearinghouse reporting $11. I'm fair minded. I would reimburse them for sending me to a clinic. But paying for ****************** involving a service that was cancelled/rescinded and I get absolutely no benefit from is outrageous.They are adamant that I owe them for this. They are preying on honest, desperate entrepreneurs. I regret ever contacting JJ Keller for anything. They should stick to publishing.Business response

I am the Compliance Manager for our company and one of my responsibilities is keeping up to date on OSHA requirements in the ** and ******. We have maintained a subscription to the ** Keller newsletter for over a decade. We last renewed our subscription in August of 2021 for a 3 year subscription to their Workplace Safety monthly newsletter, which includes both a paper copy sent via mail and an online version/pdf. I went to view the online version on April 5, 2024 and the website had changed and I was no longer able to view copies on line. I contacted the online chat operator to find out where the online version was being stored. She indicated that a customer service person would call me. I received a call back the same day. The individual told me that in order to access online version I would have to pay an additional 9.99 per month. I advised that we have a 3 year subscription that includes both, and I have a right to access both while that subscription is in place. She said did you not get a notice. I did not receive anything via mail, I reviewed my emails for the past 30 days (they send a lot of solicitation emails) and could not find anything. In any event, we have already paid for a product. If they changed the product, then they should provide a substitute or replacement at no extra charge until the end of the subscription; or provide a credit for the product no longer being delivered. This is a breach of the original subscription agreement.Business response

Jj Keller was deceptive about prices. They told me they charged one p ice and when I got my cc settlement it was over 100 dollars more. They never returned any of my emails about this so forced me to dispute with my cc. This was over 6 months ago. Now they have put my job into collections, the ****************. They have lied over and over about everything. I cant say enough about what a nuisance company this is. Very unpleasant to deal with, I do not even know how they are trying to pull off that my work owes them anything. This is so wrong. Terribly embarrassing. Against the law as well!!! They dont even care about breaking laws or having legal consequences.Business response

We were sold a compliance tablet to go with the **Log device that we never received and can't get a straight story as to if it is backordered or just didn't receive it, but can't get anyone on the phone to give us a return authorization for the worthless tablet and cancel or get a refund for the *** device.Business response

JJ Keller will not stop calling our business. I have made multiple requests to them to stop calling **. There have been some days where they will call every number in the office (+1 -1) to try to reach ** for cold sales calls tying up our phone lines. I have explicitly told them multiple times to cease and desist, yet the continue to call. They will also often send emails stating "you need to contact ** due to urgent information about your account", yet we have no active services with them, nor want them due to this continuous harassment.Business response

***** called one of our staff and said that he was going to be sending a FMCSA manual for free and we would just have to pay for the service. We received the manual and a bill for $673.32 for the "service". This is a terrible way to do business. Cancel our subscription invoice and remove us from your call list. Thanks!Business response
