    I HAD HI**D ROSENOW CUSTOMS TO **PLACE MY **** AND GUTTERS THE QUOTED ME FOR HAIL DAMAGE I **CIEVED IN APRIL AND WE WE** WAITING FOR THE INSURANCE TO COVER THE DAMAGE .I SIGNED THE CONTRACT ON JULY 21ST TO HAVE THEM COMPLETE THE WORK I ASKED ABOUT SHEETING WHICH THEY ASKED ME FOR PICTU**S OF ******* DECKING FROM INSIDE MY ATTIC WHICH I PROVIDED AND THEY SAID THEY TURNED THEM INTO THE INSURANCE TO AMEND MY CLAIM THOSE PICTU**S WE** DENIED AND I WAS TOLD ROSENOW WOULD TAKE PICTU**S OF THE DECKING AT **** TEAROFF TO SEND IN FOR THE AMMENDMENT.AUGUST 30TH I GET AN EMAIL FROM ***** AT ROSENOW SAYING THEY WE** COMING ON SEPTEMBER 2ND TO **PLACE THE ****SND THAT IT WOULD TAKE 1 TO 2 DAYS TO COMPLETE THE WORK AND THAT I NEEDED A CHECK FOR ******** WHICH I COULD GET TO HER ON DAY OF THE INSTALL WHICH I DID. ON INSTALL DAY I WAS CALLED AND TOLD THE ***** BOARDS NEEDED TO BE **PLACED TO COR**CTLY HANG THE GUTTERS AND THAT THEY WOULD MAKE THE BOARDS LOOK STRAIGHTAND IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 2000$ I SAID FINE SEND ME A JOB CHANGE .SO I GET HOME FROM WORK AND THE ******* I DONT **MEMBER HIS NAME SHOWS ME WHAT THEY A** DOING AND TELLS ME THE DIPS IN THE **** ON THE SIDES OF THE **** CANT BE TAKEN OUT UNLESS THE WHOLE TOP OF THE ****E IS JACKED UP WHICH AFTER THE **** I FOUND OUT WAS WRONG .AND BECAUSE WHE** IT DIPD THE** A** NO TRUSSES THE** THEY COULD HAVE CUT OUT AND PUT NEW BORDS UNDERNEATH TO STRAIGHTEN IT BEFO** THE ** SHEETED THE **** AND SHINGLED IT .LONG STORY SHORT JOB IS STILL NOT DONE NO GUTTERS ON THE ****E THE DOWN SPOUTS WE LEFT HANGING HALF ON THE ****E THE ***** BOARDS WE** NOT STRAIGHTENED SO THE** IS NO FACAI METAL OR SOFFET ON EITHER SIDE OF THE **** THE CHIMNEY FLASHING IS INCOMPLETE .***** METAL ON GARAGE IS DAMAGED . I THINK 5 WEEKS WAS LONG ENOUGHT TO EXPECT SOME PROG**SS ON THIS JOB . I WILL INCLUDE MO** INFORMATION ON THE DOWNLOAD I WILL ATTACH I ALSO HAVE MO** PICTU** BUT THE** IS NOT ENOUGH ROOM ON HE** TO ATTACH THEM

    We replaced the roof and the dips in the roof were already there before replacing the roof. The house has settled in the middle, which was before we even decided to touch the roof. We offered to do a change order to try and replace the facia so we could attach gutters and found that the trusses were rotted and it was requiring a lot more work than what we first agreed upon. Homeowner never signed the change order request for us to actually proceed with the facia replacement. After multiple times out at the property working on it, he informed us to no longer come on the premise or he would have his attorney involved. Also, homeowner made comments of our material and our tools being possibly stolen and he was not going to be responsible for any missing or damaged product. We stopped per the customers request. We are willing to work with the homeowner to resolve this issue. However, the house has a lot more damage than first addressed or was able to be seen. The insurance company will not cover existing damage from rot not caused by weather. This job will take a few weeks to complete and will not be perfect as the house as stated before has settled before we even touch the roof. as of right now, we have more time and material cost involved then what the original down payment was issued for. If the homeowner would like us to cancel the contract, we can do that however, we will not be issuing a refund as we have incurred these expenses to do the job so far.

    We have uploaded some before pictures and would be glad to send all photos showing the before condition of this house for your records.

    I AM NOT ACCEPTING THE RESPONSE BY THE BUSINESS.NUMBER ONE I NEVER SAID THEIR MATERIAL WOULD BE STOLEN BUT THERE HAS BEEN THEFT IN THE **** 2ND WHERE THE **** DIPS THERE ARE NOT TRUSSES AND WAS TOLD BY QUITE A FEW CONTRACTORS THAT BEFORE THE SHINGLE THE **** THOSE ****S COULD HAVE BEEN FIXED AND I WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE PAYING FOR THAT TO BE DONE BUT THE **** MANAGER TOLD ME THE WHOLE TOP OF THE HOUSE HAD TO BE JACKED UP WHICH I HAVE BEEN TOLD NUMEROUS ****S THATS NOT THE CASE.3RD I WAS TOLD THERE WOULD BE GUYS COMING TO WORK ON THE HOUSE AND MOST OF THE **** NO ONE SHOWED UP  AND ORIGINALLY WHEN I WAS TOLD ABOUT THE ***** THAT THE GUTTERS WOULD ONLY BE OFF A WEEK THAT DIDNT HAPPEN AND AS YOU SEE FROM THE PICTURES THE DID PUT UP NEW 1X6 BOARDS ON THE EAST SIDE AND THEY WE NO WHERE NEAR CLOSE TO STRAIGHT . 4TH WHEN THE GUY WAS THERE TO DO THE ***** HE WAS VERY UPSET AS HE STATED HE ONLY DOES THE ***** METAL NOT THE BOARDS UNDER AND WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE **** BECAUSE HE WAS BEING SENT FROM JOB TO JOB WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO FINISH THE **** HE WAS ON . THERE WAS LITTLE TO NO COMMUNICATION ONCE THE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED. WAS HARD TO EVEN GET A RETURN PHONE CALL.
