My wife and I cannot thank Infinity Exteriors enough for the AMAZING job they did! We had siding, windows, doors, and gutters put on our 100+ year old home. Isaac was honest and accurate with his quote (even saving us money with his product/design knowledge). Carlos and his crew were professional and paid attention to the fine details (including picking up after themselves). Huge shout out to Jeremy and Ricky, our project managers. Their prompt responses and daily communication made the project run smoother than we would have ever anticipated. Over the past 4 years we have used Infinity for all new windows, new siding and most recently, a new roof last month. Tom was excellent to work with and the guys who did all the work were excellent! Everything went so smoothly. Very impressed!

New roof looks great. Nicely priced (compared to many others. Friendly job manager. The job was done in about 8 hour TOTAL! Cleanup was thorough.

My roof sustained damage from a hailstorm in May, 2024. Since July, my insurance had conducted 2 separate inspections on the roof, as the contractor I was working with at the time wanted to do a complete tear off. My insurance only offered to replace 2 full sections of my 8-section hip roof, and miscellaneous repairs on 2 other sections (57 randomly damages shingles). It's took until Oct 1, 2024 for my contractor to tell me they would no longer pursue the roof replacement. On Oct.11, I contacted Infinity. Sales rep Logan came over and inspected the roof and told me they could do what the insurance inspector suggested, but said Infinity couldn't guarantee random shingle replacements, so I agreed with him to have 4 sections completely replaced at about a 66% increase over what my insurance paid me. I'm quite pleased with the replacement, and with the shingles that were used (same brand as 8 years ago), I cannot tell which shingles are new, and which are 8 years old. (************ ***** ****** *****). I'm glad Infinity used/uses quality products. Repairs were done in half a day, and they did a fantastic job all around. I'll be sure to forward the Infinity contract specification on to my insurance for reimbursement. I would certainly recommend them to anyone requiring roofing needs. Very professional and respectful, easy to work with people.

Charge for parts never used and bad service with them

Infinity Exteriors recently completed a roofing and gutter project at the ********* residence, which was covered by their insurance. Additionally, we replaced several windows that were not included in the insurance coverage. All work was completed to our high standards, and the customer was satisfied with the quality of the project. However, a disagreement arose regarding the final invoice, as the homeowner believed he was overcharged in areas including the gutters, sewer vent pipe, window trim, and shingles.We carefully reviewed each of these concerns with Mr. ********** Upon review, we verified that all charges were accurate, aligning with both the original quote and the insurance company's assessment, except for one minor discrepancy. The initial quote mistakenly listed lead flashing for the sewer vent pipe instead of the appropriate neoprene gasket flashing. To address this, we deducted $54.00 from the final invoice to reflect this adjustment.Infinity Exteriors values transparent communication and takes customer concerns seriously. We worked to resolve Mr. ********** concerns and maintain that the charges were accurate for the work provided.
