We ordered Mexican flat shells. The order was accepted May 07, 2024. The status is "awaiting shipment". There is no way to see an updated status. The money was already paid through Paypal. We would like the shells, or at least a response as to why we haven't received them. If the shells are unavailable we would like a refund.Business response

I made a purchase on 12/17/2023 with Nature ********* (aka Nature Bound Studio). They never fulfilled my order. When I asked for a refund via Email, all they did was marked their web page "refunded". My bank has no record of a refund. I have sent several Emails and attempted to call them. No response. You are speaking with us not BBB we refunded you this morning was an oversight when we saw your message. after 45 years over 100k in orders in bizz the farthest thing we are is fraudulent. Even sent you a message if you wanted to ship before we refunded you. takes about 3-5 days to go thru the banking system.

Actually this is incorrect we shipped your order as you know we sent you tracking. Y ou never responded to our emails that we needed a confirmation of your address because order came back undeliverable. Guess you do not read your emails but wasting our time here at BBB where they do nothing but send emails. You where already refunded without even asking for one as we where out of stock of the white ones. We sent you an email on the 5th of May asking if you wanted a Pink or Blue one with no response so you where refunded and a receipt was sent to you

No you have not been scammed. Did you rad the ****** positive reviews on the website or the **** positive on our **** site or the ************************ just the handful here on BBB that all where taken care of and satisfied.
As for your order we sent 4 emails asking for your shipping address as our shipper said it was a faulty address sorry it was not shipped also you never even sent us an email or at least we never received one sorry you have been refunded takes about 3-5 working days to reach your bank. Again sorry Have a wonderful day

On 11/8/2022 I ordered $632 worth of some 38 inch acrylic blue fin tunas to used in a fishermans home Christmas display. As of yet I havent received A reply from the company, after 3 emails, or an update on my order and it should have been delivered 10 days ago. Update still Shows pending. I even attempted to get in touch with the seller via **** and that message has not been acknowledged eitherBusiness response

We never received any communication with you. In fact you did not respond to our email that needed confirmation of your shipping address as your order was refused and returned by ***** in fact we lost $165 in shipping costs. We would have reshipped it at our loss. I will refund you no problem.

I purchased items from this company on October 7, 2022, for $64.75. My order status (order number *****) is still awaiting shipping, and it's been nearly a month. A couple of weeks ago, I tried contacting them via their website (they do not post a telephone number) to no avail. I found a phone number linked to them on your website and it doesn't work. Through their website messaging, I have asked them to refund my purchase and I have still not heard from them. I am afraid this is a scam business and will not see my money returned.
